I have told everyone for years and years that Lori Jean LaFond thinks that she is some kind of "Special Forces Unit" of the Palm Springs Police Department, she uses that title whenever she has had a gay man illegally arrested and sent to the Larson Justice Center. Who does she call? Well, the insider information that I have says that she calls the secretaries for both Commissioner Best and Commissioner Cribbs in the lower arraignment courts for illegally flagging these cases using one main defendant. In our case it was "Steven Frey" but it has been others over the years. Flagging cases for "special treatment" that are completely unrelated is highly illegal. Calling the court and talking to the secretary is also illegal. You see, flagging is something that you do when cases really ARE related, but pretending that she is some kind of police envoy is illegal and so is grouping gay male rape victims into a category that receives illegal sentences is discrimination and a huge violation of our civil rights.
Lori has no training in police work. What she does have is practical experience in spying on the officers of the PSPD and using what she hears and learns as a way to contact arraignment courts for "special treatment". This concerns me on two levels. The first, and most obvious, is that I have been a victim of this illegal flagging of cases and I have been sentenced illegally by the Commissioner Best court. Second, and less obvious, is that if Lori knows this procedure because other officers at the PSPD have called in proffers for arrest warrants without showing up in person and swearing to the facts, we have a problem with the police. You can't accept a proffer over the phone simply because you can't be sure that the person on the other end of the line is actually a police man or woman. In Lori's case, she pretended to be Officer Rae "Sally Dallas" Fernandez calling. My intelligence gathering says that during the period directly after my rape, Lori made many calls to Commissioner Best and Commissioner Cribbs chambers to "act like she was the 'Special Forces Unit" who has been conducting a 30 year investigation" but what she isn't telling them is the truth.
The truth is that Lori is the rapist of these men. She is the person that planted drugs, spied on gay men, infected them with HIV, implanted them with an RFID chip stolen from the USMC, and that she, is in fact, a drug dealer. No, Lori leaves all of that out because that would be illegal. Instead, she pretends to be one of her implanted officers, a female whom she used to call "my sister friend/partner" Officer Rae Fernandez. Although this is even more illegal, Lori thinks that as long as she got away with it, it's perfectly fine. It's not!!! It's blatant discrimination and harassment by both the police and Lori, now included in the court process. That's not the only thing that Lori does however.
Lori, has had many years of experience with raping men and women. She knows that when they go to the hospital and report the rape, that she has to get into motion quickly because the emergency room contacts the police automatically. They even write it in the file. Lori immediately goes into panic mode and begins the process of having the MRI's removed from the hospital's check and balance system so that no doctor ever looks at the film. Instead, a second film of a perfectly fine head is substituted for the MRI that is then stolen and taken to Lori. Lori loves to see the damage that she inflicts so the CD containing the MRI work, like my broken skull, is never sent along to a reviewing doctor. Also, Lori calls off the police officer from coming to the E.R. Apparently Lori has learned that if her victim is diagnosed with a head injury, the hospital goes into rape mode....and the police definitely get involved. This comes from things like the two rapes of Barbara and Tracy. Two women that were brutally raped and one was hospitalized, one was covered over...
Lori loves to tell the public that the "hospitals and police" are there for the REAL victims of rape insinuating that I and others would make something like that up. Not true. You see that on the police interview that I did with Nathan Baca. What isn't seen on that interview are the injuries that I sustained at that rape. I wasn't privy to them because the hospital never saw them. I was not admitted to the hospital with a horrible head injury, simply because Lori learned a General Hospital solution to the crime...some soap opera solution. Problem is that I reported the rape and had two MRI's done that show the extent of my injuries. No cop ever showed up and it is still in my file as are the films of my broken skull that nobody ever saw. Then there was this.
In July of 2008, one of my team members, Jonathan Mendenhall, was emailed a report from Lori LaFond that was the initial crime lab report from the Riverside Crime Lab. It is the same report that the Chief of Police, Bryan Reyes personally showed me. There was lots of DNA from two suspects on that report....that report would then be supplemented by a new report years later that Lori created at home. I've heard it was at her father's home that she made this out of the original report. A simple cut and paste job. So the numbers would look official, but the report was totally bogus. The Police Chief then called me with the bogus second report after showing me the first. It was a complete white washing of the crime. Then the MRI's showed up!!! You see we had that crime lab report long before the police showed it to me...my team member had it almost a year prior to the period that the Police showed it to me. Why they took so long, who knows, it's anybody's guess.
The second report was generated by the suspects that were shown on the first report. This means that Lori LaFond has access to the email system that the police use and that she makes requests on behalf of Rae Fernanadez to other officers to send them private police information. Lori then goes into the officer's email, like Bryan's, and steals the report deleting the emails and acting like she has access to private police investigations. It was Lori that stole the police lab report and sent it to my team member not knowing that he was working for me.
How many times has Lori used this Verizon Droid phone to steal police information and access police investigations over 35 years? Who knows but I am certain that this has been done for decades. I've been told that many of the police accounts still use "password" for their password into their city system. That is just poor IT protection. The whole City of Palm Springs is in danger with this kind of breach. It is my understanding that Lori tried a similar scheme using Bryan Anderson during the Warm Sands Sting Operation that he relied upon but was a fake email from a district attorney. Perhaps the D.A.'s use the same system? All I know is that we got our copy from Lori Jean LaFond, the suspected rapist. I also know that Bryan Anderson does not use the email system very often...he's kinda computer illiterate, but Lori has taken the liberty of pretending to be the Chief of Police, Det. Rhonda Long, Bryan Anderson, and Officer Rae Fernandez in the past with me. I have posted all of those emails on here before. The City Council's emails are also on the same system and she has deleted emails from me to them on many occasions unless they have changed their passwords.
