I don't often like to get into Lori's problems with black people or others, I like to stick to the group that I'm a part of. The gays, but when you do that, it includes black gay LGBTQ members and military and pretty much all walks of life. In other words, we're everywhere, get used to it. In fact, it was sticking to the local problem with this stolen tech that made this project stick out to the odd and sometimes confusing world of Targeted Individuals. I have a lot of respect for people talking about this crime online and want you all to know that I have a plan to help all of them too, but if you go too big with a project that involved brain computer interfaces, microchips, and gang stalking, you run into the element that is hard to believe, the dumbfounded. I pray that everyone that goes through this gets the help they need but for now, we started locally for one reason...it's unique and proves a point. This crime in our area spread over 35 years because of a girl that used to bully me in junior and high school.
I guess I feel like I have the responsibility for stopping my bully as do lots of people that grow up with the kinds of problems that come from being bullied. I'm no pushover. Most of you need to understand that there are probably a lot of my childhood friends that were implanted with these devices because we grew up in a military town. 29 Palms MGACC is the largest Marine Corps base in the world and Lori LaFond was thrown off that base leaving lots of those implanted families behind. They had problems with her after she was stripped of her dependent status because she was spying on them. Was it revenge or was it her sadistic nosy nature that was causing them problems? I can prove that too. They are my friends and they did report her. This is one reason that she changed her name so many times in Palm Springs because there was a chance that someone from the military, like Bryan Anderson, would learn that she was using the system that his parents gave their permission to have him implanted.
As I recall, she caused him problems even then. Lori stalked Bryan Anderson even when he was in high school because Lori had a crush on his girlfriend, a colonel's daughter that worked for Lori's father at a swimming pool on board the marine base. My sister worked there too. Lori also would go to the base stables to cause problems for Bryan and his girlfriend because she used this system to find out what they were up to.
You see, for some reason Lori's father, Sgt. Major. Eugene LaFond was part of the administration of this tech on board the military base in the early 1980's. Lori got to see the tech and was immediately hooked on it. Can you just imagine a young Ted Bundy having this kind of access to young women's thinking? Only with Lori you had a thief and a psychopath in the making, so she stole the computers so she could become a psychopath of a much grander scale. She should never have come back to 29 Palms with these computers to stalk me, I have friends that already know she was kicked off base for her illegal activities, and they won't lie about brain linking...they've already complained about her.
I would like to point out that Lori has already sworn on a court affidavit to get me restrained from telling all of you this...she said she's never heard of something like this. The truth is that we have the military logs showing that she was implanted and gave her permission to be on this system as a military dependent. Her denial of this in a court of law is illegal, but her attempts to have me arrested for saying that she was this person committing this crime are more attempts to put an innocent, victim of rape, police informant, in jail. You can't put a person in jail for telling the truth about her involvement. She claims that she was keeping a military secret. Okay then why didn't she tell the police she implanted that it was a military system?
You see, like other domestic terrorists, she likes to hide and play games on the sympathies and prejudices of other people. Sometimes she tells people that she is the "police chief at night", she swore in her affidavit that she doesn't know any other police officer besides Bryan Anderson. How then did the police officers get implanted with these 29 Palms RFID Marine Corps/Navy microchips. They went from military base to cops heads...the conduit was Lori Jean LaFond.
I know for a fact that Lori hates the gay community because I was the victim of her homophobic rants and lies from the time I was 9 years old. First she accused my father of being a homosexual then when he was tried and acquitted of a fraudulent relationship with a student, then she turned her full attention to me. I believe it was so that she could somehow find a way to get one of these stolen chips inside my body if she could find me at a high school party with her druggie friends. A year after I graduated from high school she lured me to Palm Springs and she was successful in implanting me with a chip and infecting me with her own HIV virus.
From that day forward Lori began a campaign of "homosexuality and AIDS" against me. She had hundreds of people following me all over the Inland Empire. They stalked me at U.C. Riverside. They stalked me in Loma Linda. They stalked me everywhere. I can prove that too. Yes, it is very upsetting to know that my high school bully was more evil than I already thought she was, she was actually a person that would give me a deadly diseases and would tell people about my sexuality and this diseases at a time when the disease was horribly stigmatized. We're talking the times of Ryan White...the kid that was discriminated against through no fault of his own for a disease that anyone could get.
Lori is very selfish. Hiding her own sexuality by using someone like Bryan Anderson to convince people that she was heterosexual. In her affidavit, she says that the pair had a "four year relationship" at a time that I know for a fact that she didn't. It would seem to me that there is a lot about Lori that she wants hidden in the closet...but when it was my closet to hide in, she ripped the roof off and told everyone about me leaving out one very important detail..."Kevin has HIV and he's gay," but she's the one that gave it to me and so is she.
