Now I'm not trying to compare Lori LaFond with the folks at the NRA that have a constitutional right to bear arms, but what Lori believes is her "God given right" to torture people with computers stolen from the U.S. Military and RFID chips shoved into our heads, is just about what this statement above is like. She is now likened to Donald Trump hanging on to an election where Lori was voted out...completely different here. Lori won't give up these computers until we "pry them out of her cold dead hands", she's said this before and she continues to not understand that it is her that is dead in that scenario. I'm not comfortable with Lori having to die in order to confiscate what the government already owns and was stolen.
There is no justice in killing the criminal before a court hears the issues at hand, but what I am saying is that if she states that she has to die to give them up, then she has them and we want them back. That's all. I send out a message of love and understanding to all the victims and their families who, I know for a fact, have all kinds of reasons to be physically angry at Lori. Some of these people unnecessarily died...some went to prison for no reason at all. I preach a peaceful and non-violent message of law and order that seeks a search warrant for these computers and takes them from wherever they may be found. It's up to Lori how that goes, not me. When people find these horrible machines, they need to take extra care in knowing that it was these very computers that started this whole electronic harassment problem in America. There may be others, but these four were the ones we wanted the most. The ones that were stolen from 29 Palms Marine Corps Base back in the early 80's when Lori's father was legally working with them. Lori stole them...and the rest is what I refer to as the HOMOcaust in Palm Springs, California.
There are lots of pictures of these computers and their serial numbers. She simply can't move them because the passwords were changed by Jonathan Mendenhall where they were replaced...and this situation is at a stand still for everyone simply because getting a search warrant for them hasn't been achieved. You see, we want them legally and without any chance of having them thrown out. I want this to be done for every one of the victims and their family members that have to hear Lori's ranting and raving all day and night while she harasses, taunts, and tortures the victims of rape. Yes, folks there are family members that will testify as to Lori's hateful mouth and the words that she has used to hurt people. It isn't a freedom of speech issue, it is an issue of domestic terrorism. She simply won't shut her damn mouth. We all know who is like that these days...he's about to leave the White House for good.
So while legally owning a handgun or firearm is constitutionally protected, torturing a victim of rape that never consented to this crime is NOT PROTECTED! I want to be clear, there are legal ways to protect yourself and illegal means...we've chosen legal means to proceed.
The next step is a simple one, get a search warrant for any place that Lori or Brian LaFond are or could have been until you find them. That's the way the law works.
My family has defeated Lori LaFond in the past, we used lawyers and the justice system, a place that Lori has overused and has never shown up. The path to success runs through the federal court system and it needs to be placed in the hands of able prosecutors that understand what we did and how we did it...and why? This wasn't a problem that could be dealt with locally as the law enforcement agency, the PSPD, was involved in the criminal activity. This necessitates that people's civil rights were diminished...aw heck, they disappeared. Now is our time to take the work that we've accumulated during this investigation and use it against Lori and her friends. There really isn't any authority behind her. She's using stolen and repurposed military weaponry and that is a crime. To take a communication device used to protect military families and start a drug dealing business is definitely a military crime. I've done my research and I know we're on track here.
The days of one person controlling our privacy are coming to an end. Lori has no way of explaining her attachment to these computers outside of the stolen tech that her father once legally used in the U.S.M.C. Knowing Lori for as long as I have, and the hatred she has for gay people, I am certain that there isn't any possible way these computers weren't used to run an illegal crime syndicate. Lori is the mastermind but there isn't much intelligence there. She has no contract with the PSPD that could be legal as it would violate their own "wireless communications policy". There can be no officer that is legally working for the police that has these devices installed by Lori LaFond. Bryan Anderson was implanted by the USMC, which is different.
Someone needs to make sure that they have gone through the entire "workplace violence" restraining order application to see what Lori was willing to testify to in a court of law. That is where the greatest amount of lies will be found. It is vital that this application is included in our presentation. She implicates her own family members by including them in the bogus application. Then she follows me and my team on vacation to Arizona while the order was in place. This is her own violation of this restraining order...across state lines...to attack victims of this crime, informants in this case, and witnesses to what she has done. It's the perfect prosecution for a girl that thinks she can lie her way to injustice.
Rutan & Tucker, LLP was the firm that misrepresented the wrong Lori Jean LaFond. The information contained in the application by Ms. LaFond is false. She didn't work for the City of La Quinta, her family member with the same name did. The employee there does not have the same mother, father, and sister as named by Lori Jean. These may be family members, but not in the same capacity. Maybe a mother in law, sister in law, or father in law, but that isn't what she indicated. She also identifies herself as someone I went to high school with. I submit that the filer, Lori Jean LaFond, is not the same person that worked for the City of La Quinta but she is the person that we have as a suspect. In other words, the suspect identified herself by lying about her employment.
