"There Is Nothing More They Can Do For Me," Chief Bryan Reyes Told Me. I Wondered What Did You Ever Do For Me In The First Place?

The application for review of a cold case sexual assault with serial characteristics can be found below:

It's not good enough for any Police Chief to tell a victim that they were 100% correct after receiving the crime lab report, then to call him years later and rescind what he said.  He's full of shit.  Any second report from the Riverside crime lab would be suspect.  The Palm Springs Police still have my clothing and they better not get rid of it.  I'm looking to have the first report verified and the second nullified as it was the product of the rapists' imagination.  You can't go from "right on the money" to "there's nothing more we can do for you" without someone questioning, "Why?  What happened?"

I saw the first crime lab report so I know it is still at the Riverside Crime Lab, Chief Reyes should know better than to think that someone like me is just going to let a girl rape him and get away with it.  Would he?  If he would then he shouldn't be the police chief.

Contacting a cold case investigative unit is smarter than you know with the evidence we have.  There isn't any reason why my rape shouldn't have been solved and Lori jailed.  She gets away with murder all the time and now she should have been caught.

I want justice for my friends...I will find her.

In case Chief Reyes believes for a second that he and his friends at the PSPD were ever trusted, they can remember that I also once hired the Police Complaint Center, Diop Kamau, to investigate them on this case.  I'm seriously not going to let this go Chief, you can't throw me away like some "fairy homo that your department despises."   I love fairies...but your department doesn't.  This is for all of them.
