One thing that a serial rapist/killer and scam artist do not need is more time to commit their crimes. That's like telling Ted Bundy, he gets ten years of extra freedom to kill because he filed a restraining order against one of his victims if they lived. If the court was dumb enough to grant Ted Bundy a restraining order against his victims, they might fear being put in jail for violating that by speaking out against him. Serial killers and rapists should not be allowed to represent themselves as other people and every bit of that information was made available to Lori's attorney before she took on the case of a copy cat. Lori LaFond did work for the City of La Quinta, it just wasn't the SAME Lori LaFond that filed the restraining order. No, the Lori LaFond that actually did file the order had just stalked my friends out of state to manufacture GHB and attempt three more murders.
You see if Lori's attorney spent any time reading what I said Lori LaFond does, she should have been alerted to Lori's proclivity to pretend to be other people. If she read the blog for content she would have known that I said my police contact was Bryan Anderson of the PSPD. She could have spoken to him directly and found out that Lori was trying to have me restrained for a job she didn't have and for violence that never took place. He would also have been able to tell this attorney that Lori was never his "four-year boyfriend" and the order would never have been granted, but a warrant for Lori's arrest would have been issued for impersonating a City official. This was just really bad lawyering and even worse courtroom antics.
You see, Lori LaFond, the person that faked working for the City of La Quinta, stalked me and my friends on vacation. There is video surveillance and Mrs. Katzenberg. I asked Benjamin Katzenberg and his mom to please come to Sedona to make sure we weren't going to encounter any problems. They went for that reason. Lori was there with her friends manufacturing drugs and trying to lure my friends into coming to her home to be threatened. There was already a temporary restraining order in place to prevent that from happening. I had nothing to do with Lori coming to Arizona and the trip was planned by my own mother. Lori broke her own temporary restraining order by stalking us there.
If there is any doubt that this order was intended to have a chilling effect, Lori pursued even more allegations against me for writing this blog. That was followed by a warrant for my arrest derived from the restraining order that she violated by stalking me. This impairs my freedom of speech as an informant, witness, and victim of this crime. The sole purpose of this entire proceeding was to abridge my freedom of speech and to attempt to have me arrested for writing what I knew to be true. The rapist was playing the victim and the victims were targeted for death.
The time frame of the restraining order allowed Lori to do things that she likes to do. For example, Lori continued to harass the other police informant until she had him arrested, Lori making false statements to the police. Christopher was jailed for a year and a half with a made up story about stealing a bike that he'd rented. When he got to court, there were other warrants for his arrest that were the result of a fake id used in his name by Brian LaFond. Brian stole that id when Christopher was raped in San Diego. He was ambushed into jail without any way of explaining what the truth was. The police didn't even book him into their facility, they took him all the way to Banning to keep Bryan Anderson from finding out he was in jail. That jail is 23 miles away when there is a perfect jail situation in Palm Springs less than 5 miles away. This is a game of "keep away". Keeping Christopher from talking to Bryan Anderson, his police contact too. This lack of investigation had a chilling effect on the rest of our team.
Anthony and Jonathan were both threatened by the same Commissioner simply by their observation of Lori lying to the City of La Quinta's attorney and Lori getting away with it. Would you come forward as a victim of this crime if you knew you would have to go in to answer to Commissioner Best who does things like have a hearing when the case is already stayed in federal court? He also states that Lori LaFond was "in court" at a hearing that she wasn't and makes it look like she's the victim. The hearing should not have legally taken place, but, as usual, Lori made some phone calls and all of a sudden, she's the victim after she stalked us to Arizona. You see these people act under the color of the law. Nobody is going to come forward under those circumstances. This illustrates the problem that the victims have. The police are in on it. The Commissioner is in on it. The hospital is in on it. They may not know, but that is no excuse for taking Lori at her word. What about the word of the victim? Even my own blood wasn't evidenced enough to have the police look for the rapists. This situation is exacerbated by unprofessional law enforcement.
When taken at it's most basic, this blog and the HateLisa blog, seeks to inform the public about the urban legend of Palm Springs in the gay community. It is the place where I inform the gay community about "Lisa", the girl that pretends to be a police officer and others. There is no way her attorney can claim that the girl that contacted her wasn't lying. Her attorney certainly can't claim that Lori LaFond was given a restraining order during a federal stay of the matter. Why in the world wouldn't a trained attorney understand that this girl seeks favors from the court against gay men when that's exactly what she did.
The blog in it's purest form was called "HateLisa", if you were an attorney wouldn't you have wondered, "Why does he hate Lisa?"
Lori talks about implants in this restraining order like she has no idea what they are and that I'm crazy for mentioning them. Lori has an implant and so did her parents and sister, that's why she named them in her restraining order. She didn't want them to find out that I knew about this crime...they would instantly suspect her as they too have been victimized. The chilling effect of that order kept the victims, her own family, from finding out what Lori was doing with the technology that she stole from her own father. Come on, this isn't hard, it's simple.
My saving's account was stolen by the same woman that the City of La Quinta represented as their employee. How in the world is this woman granted a restraining order, then she steals my bank account? This precisely why I wrote the HateLisa blog in the first place. She uses her gender and sexuality as some kind of weapon against gay men...then she robs them blind. How can this not be the fault of the attorney that represented her, the City of LaQuinta, the Palm Springs Police Department, and the Chief of Police? They let her go!
Now that Lori's father has passed, it is imperative to note that her mother and sister still remain "loose ends" for the girl that says she openly "hates her family". I've seen this girl go to great lengths to try to keep her secret mind reading computers under wraps. I know my family is in danger, we've already seen what kind of drug dealer Lori is. We've suffered the loss of a family member and damn near almost lost another, me. I wonder often about the circumstances surrounding her father's death, was there something I could have done? I was restrained from telling them...where is the line? Save their lives or obey a court order and warrant that is meant to keep her secret?
