I knew from the moment that I was raped and I went to the hospital that something was about to go very wrong. There are many people out there that know when you report a crime against you that Lori has committed, you are in for the battle of your life. Her system of implanted police and remote neural monitoring of the victims affords her the opportunity to defend herself outside the color of the law. It's an advantage that no other rapist has and it needs to be exposed.
If an ordinary man went into a home, raped a woman, ejaculated inside of her and she went to the hospital with a crushed skull and bloody clothing, it's pretty clear that this would be an easy case to develop a suspect profile from his DNA. This, however, is Palm Springs with a police department that is impervious to anyone questioning their procedures, especially if you are gay, implanted and someone Lori doesn't like. I knew that this was going to be a massive undertaking but I never thought I would have to prove that I was raped. Nothing could have prepared me for this.
Since Lori couldn't get rid of the blood she put inside my body to give me a variety of deadly diseases or put my smashed skull back in place, she came up with two soap opera solutions that would now make the PSPD look like amateurs that don't know the first thing about investigating a rape case. Since she couldn't get rid of the blood inside my body, she did the next best thing. She kept the bloody clothing inside the PSPD for nearly five months and told the detective that he couldn't contact a district attorney until those clothes were tested. Five months went by and I was arrested each month for something else that wasn't convicted. After all those attempts to throw me in jail, the detective had to finally send in the clothing. From the end of October 2007 until March of 2008, the evidence just sat and the police refused to send it in.
The police procedure, in a normal police department, is to have the district attorney contact the victim from the beginning, but in my case, Detective Browning told me, "We will not let you talk to a district attorney unless we find DNA on the clothes." First of all, rape does not depend on DNA. For him to say that is wrong and illegal. It's like he was telling me, "I don't think you were raped." Bullshit. Secondly, if the criteria for me to talk to a district attorney was DNA results then why did it take them five full months to send this clothing in? I could tell this guy wasn't doing his job very well. The only person this benefitted was the rapist. It wouldn't be until July of 2009 when the results came back, 16 full months later, but there was a problem...there was DNA from two suspects on my bloody clothing and it pointed to Lori and Brian LaFond. A brother and sister, both with STD's and closely related. It couldn't have been Steven and Peter like Lori and Brian told me over this system.
I can show you text messages that will prove that someone, probably Lori, was sending me texts from Steven Frey that made it look like Peter and Steven were romantically involved. I wasn't making that up. So I didn't lie to the police, but they ignored their own crime lab report. It wasn't until March of 2010 that Chief Reyes would call me with the lie that "all the blood evidence showed was my DNA and that their department could do nothing for me." It was bullshit and he knew it.
From what I saw inside the police department, someone filed a false DNA lab report that denied everything that the real lab report said. I saw the first report with Chief Reyes right there with me. He handed me the report. It was like ten pages long double sided...not some one-page fake bullshit that he lied to me on the phone about. The Chief knew that the first report produced two suspects and had them both in for DNA testing. If the report didn't show that, then why have them in for testing at all??? The test results from the crime lab showed two other DNA samples...otherwise, he would never have taken their DNA. The police collected DNA from these two men because their own crime lab identified two people. When they weren't the suspects, the police dropped the case. Why?
It took a full 8 months for Lori to come up with another soap opera solution. Remember folks, all the operators of this system know she raped me in Steven Frey's home, so she's feeling like she's getting caught. Her solution, 8 months after the original crime lab report came in, a "supplemental report" shows up out of the blue. Lori calls it her "second opinion". Um, I don't think that the crime lab would appreciate Lori making up a "second opinion" in their absence. Who else but the rapist would do that. Furthermore who but the rapist that uses remote neural monitoring would have this kind of information?
What kind of policing is that? You go against your own crime lab? That's just pure bullshit. If I'm the Chief of Police, immediately, I'm thinking, "What's going on here?" I have two reports. One very detailed and professional and a second report with absolutely no findings. Doesn't anyone think that the rapist might be behind this kind of thing? I certainly do when I hear Lori say, "I can't believe I got away with everything," right after the Police Chief refuses to pursue any suspects with his department. What a break for the rapist, don't you think?
My first reaction is, I'd like to tell the crime lab that they spent all that time and money only for the rapist to debunk their findings with some bullshit piece of paper that is completely without any of the usual lab standards. This could only favor the rapist. I can tell you that my team can prove that Lori saw the first report because that's how we came across it. We got the report from Lori. If Lori could use the City of Palm Springs email system to procure a copy of the rape report, couldn't she also use the same system to put forth a fake report 8 months later? Someone had to scan that initial rape report into a computer and send it to Lori to debunk. Lori LaFond versus a lab full of competent scientists and the best that Lori could come up with was, "Well, we should send in a report that shows nothing." Where's the toxicology report on it? Where are the details? There aren't any, just a blanket denial of all DNA after the first report cost the State of California a fortune to provide. It's a sham.
So right after I hear from the Police Chief, I go on a trip out of state and guess who shows up? Why it's a brother and a sister from California named Lori and Brian LaFond. I don't think they were there on vacation from any job that they don't have, they were there to kill me. The first attempt was in 1987 when they first infected me with HIV, then a bullet through my car door in San Diego, then the beating and rape in 2007 at Steven Frey's home. The attempts are many, but the police work is shoddy at best. There was a picture from my rape and I took it into the police. Lori told them it wasn't me in the picture...now how could she know? Did she take the picture? I know my own face people, this was me, during the rape, and she put it on a postcard and advertised my humiliation. In court paperwork, Lori says, "I haven't known a thing about him since high school," yet she knows when a picture is me or not? How?
My broken skull shows that I was beaten, of that there is no doubt. So a rape could happen without DNA, what if the rapist wore a condom? The skull is the most significant piece of evidence of a violent attack. How in the world could the police not do more?
From the second I heard the police response to my television interview with Nathan Baca, I knew that they were covering up something horrible and that I would never be able to count on them. I knew that they were protecting Lori and Brian and this system of remote neural monitoring, still, I did the interview knowing that the police had just opened up the door for a tremendous opportunity for them to be sued and for the victims to win. I did the interview knowing that they fucked up...I'm smart, not the other way.
What really sucks is that I have to live with the damage that Lori and Brian caused to my life since I was 19 years old. Earlier if you count the false allegations that Lori made against my father using one of her neighbors...so that brings my age to about 11 when Lori first started to lie about my family. I'm 51 now, so that's 40 full years of Lori LaFond accusing my family of falsehoods. Now I have to prove that I was raped? Come on. Like I would ever say something like that if it wasn't true. Lori's the person that thinks of rape as sex, I thought of it as a violent attack on my body that the police never took seriously. The reason? That was Lori's drug supplier and she just couldn't have him in trouble until he supplied her with a huge amount of meth that she's lived off of for ten years now.
I can't believe that this case could have a picture from the rape and I still have to prove that this happened? Only in Palm Springs could this happen without any fanfare. They bury gays with stereotypes and act like they don't have to answer to anyone about it. They are autonomous in their criminal activity without an internal affairs department to hold them responsible. At the very least they are defaming me in that television interview by using the term "mental issues" and should be held accountable. Do you have any idea what it is like to have to hear your rapist mock you for the next 12 years after she got to you? It's sheer madness.
What I truly believe in is law enforcement done well. I don't believe in law enforcement that protects a rapist or that protects a drug dealer that entraps her own clients. To me this whole thing is a joke. I think it wouldn't have happened to a woman, but I've heard that there is a case where Lori beat a woman nearly to death and the police in Cat City did nothing for her either. What's wrong with the cops in Palm Springs?
Lori needs to be less concerned about whether or not she raped me but more importantly, why her DNA is found refrigerated inside of my body on the same night my skull is fractured multiple times. It's not a matter of whether it is her or not, it's why is this found here?
