Now that we know who defrauded my sister out of my money while Lori and her friends extort me, it has become apparent that an arrest warrant should be issued for Bessie Smith who led the group to my sister after learning about my bank account on this system. There is no other way for David and Missy to have stolen this account without using this system because I never told a soul about this. I never wrote about it. I never mentioned it to Lori. In fact, the plan, hatched by Jeffrey and his three friends was done with as much malice and forethought as I've ever seen in a court case.
Apparently Lori "put the word out" about wanting to steal this account many times. It was only when Jeffrey stepped in that Bessie Smith went after my sister.
Now Bessie Smith is face with being charged for the bank fraud and other crimes that went along with the stealing of these monies. I want her prosecuted and I want the money returned. If she isn't willing to give up her co-conspirators, then she can rot in jail on her own.
I'm not giving in to her.
