When I signed up, with Christopher Monti, to become a police informant against my former boyfriend is wasn't out of spite or jealousy. I know that it sounds weird, but I knew for a long time, that he was involved in something much bigger than selling drugs. He wouldn't tell me what it was, then I began hearing voices. I always suspected that someone was holding his chain and the story that Lori and Brian LaFond came up with, lent itself to that being the case. Police officers would repeat the phrases that Lori or Brian would say to me in my head, right in front of me. In other words, Lori would say something in my head, then the police officer in front of me would repeat it out loud. It was gas lighting for sure.
I could give a lot of examples, but tonight I want to focus on the aspect of this crime that is somewhat personal for all of my team members, Bryan Anderson, Christopher and myself. Lori is an extremely jealous person and thinks of herself as a member of the "police family". I defy any of the implanted cops to say that she didn't represent herself this way. I know what she says about being part of a "Special Forces Unit" that, if you asked the police about, they would deny. There is no "SFU", what there is are a bunch of cops that are participating in granting special privileges to two drug dealers and rewarding them with freedom by spying on, infecting and, in some cases, killing members of the gay community. That's insane, but in Palm Springs, California, if you are a gay man, you don't know who is really in charge of the PSPD, is it the Chief of Police or Lori LaFond? The answer may surprise you.
Of course, no police chief would ever say that a drug dealer is in charge of his city, but when it comes to gay men, he could be very wrong. There is now proof of Lori LaFond undermining the whole police informant process and putting the informants in very dangerous positions so that she can get all the credit while sitting at home getting high. Putting confidential informants in danger is highly illegal. I knew Lori was doing this the second that Bryan Anderson suggested the idea to me and my family at his own home.
I no sooner had left his house, after hearing Lori LaFond's name come out of Bryan's own mouth, and went to Steven's where he said, "Word on the street is that you are working for the police..." I knew instantly that "confidential" informant was not what I was going to be. If I agreed to this kind of partnership, I would be doing without any kind of confidentiality. Lori has a big fat mouth and she's already told the subject of this "sting" that I was working for Bryan. That isn't confidential. I told him that, "I would think about it." Then came the rape, then came six arrests without convictions and then, after being jailed on my 40th birthday for absolutely no reason at all, I decided that I was finished with Lori LaFond. I met Christopher and asked him, after talking to Bryan, if he wanted to become an informant.
Christopher had already been sexually assaulted in San Diego. He was being told what to do by Lori and I met him. Lori was furious, but he and I were a perfect team to destroy her system with the help of our friends.
Christopher and I met with the police and Bryan and signed up to become informants. Remember, after the initial meeting with Bryan, I was raped in Steven Frey's home. I was more than ready to get to the bottom of who raped me and set Steven up.
Years later, Christopher would be summoned to a meeting between himself, Jonathan Mendenhall and the LaFond siblings. The entire meeting was recorded and what you find out is that Lori, a known drug dealer, is telling Christopher that she "worked for the police" and now he was going to be "her informant, not Bryan's". This is the same girl that, in a restraining order, admitted to having a four year relationship with Bryan and an amicable split...a fact Lori can't deny. So the police can now find out who is behind this "special forces unit" and why the victims of this crime are believing that it is true. It is on this video that she is shown with a hatred of me and my family, claiming that she and I were once friends and undermining that PSPD's police informant program. This is highly illegal. At the time, I'd never mentioned online or anywhere that I was an informant. There was no blog. There was absolutely no way that Steven could have known I'd talked to Bryan, but then there was that name again...LORI LAFOND.
I said nothing, of course, to Bryan, but in my journals, I made it perfectly clear that I knew that Lori LaFond was behind this.
Here's the thing. I, like most individuals that are implanted, know someone that knows about this program on the inside. I employed some of those friends of mine to work from the inside. Lori requires the video taping of my friends being introduced to her so that she can play it back and see if any of them are interested in her or her brother sexually. They look at what my friend was thinking, then they look at the video taped introduction. There is another introduction to Lori and Brian LaFond, out of state, in Arizona, to Anthony Dabiere. This shows the stalking of a police informant from the State of California to the State of Arizona. Jonathan Mendenhall set up the video taping of the introduction, at Lori's request, while she "prepped herself for the interview": prepping means finding a place in camera view to show her vagina to the man entering the door. Lori literally throws herself at Anthony, who is not having one bit of it. You see, Anthony, Jonathan and I were working...and the two of them knew exactly what to expect from Lori, while I was clueless.
Inside job is what informant work is all about.
Apparently there are many of these video taped introductions where Lori and Brian are heard posing as some kind of "secret police force". This is a complete lie. They are not any part of law enforcement, or are they?
Officially the police will tell you there is no such thing, but then there are the police officers that are implanted. Why not just call them? Why not file a police report with them? Instead, a wireless system that reads their thoughts. as well as ours, has to be interpreted by someone so that they get the credit for telling on gay men to the police. Not one single gay man has volunteered for this "program". The police were, allegedly told, that it was required of them to participate. The law is simple, there is no business or public entity that CAN REQUIRE YOU TO IMPLANT A DEVICE INSIDE OF YOUR BODY...EVER. Implanting rookie cops by telling them this was required, is against the law...for police officers not to know that is ridiculous. If it was required for them, no wonder they don't consider gay men with these devices shoved into their heads while unconscious a crime. Would you want to admit to being that stupid?
Come on.
What I've also learned is Lori's plan to have Bryan Anderson arrested or fired for using me, instead of her, as an informant. I am the far better choice. I am gay. I am a male. We were looking at someone I knew and that Lori denies knowing. I show up in person and can testify in court. Lori sits at home shooting up meth and making up stories. A REAL informant does the work. A false informant spies on people and tattle tales on them. I wanted to know who was torturing me and my friends with these devices without the police arresting us. Becoming an informant was ideal.
So who IS really in charge of the PSPD's "gay destruction" program? It would seem to be Lori LaFond...does that mean she tells the Chief of Police to throw away DNA reports of her rapes? Does that mean she calls up cops to have Christopher arrest or picked up on the street and thrown into a stranger's home or risk going to jail. Literally, Christopher was walking down the street, Rae Fernandez picked him up and forced him into a home that he didn't even know. He either had to stay or go to jail. I know this because the owner of that home told me this story. The cops told him, "Either he stays here with you or he goes to jail." Who says that? Who does that? You can't pick up an innocent man on the street and force him to do something or jail.
Come on Chief Reyes, now I know why you had problems with the Nichol's Family, Lori is in charge of some of your cops and she hates anyone but her getting the credit for working with the police. She puts police informant in jail. There is no confidentiality when some drug dealer is watching your cops and their informants. This is a ridiculous crime of police burying their head and shoving us in jail. We've paid a high price for being gay in Palm Springs because of this. We are paying with our lives.
