Here's a new working theory about how Lori LaFond and her brother, Brian LaFond got their dirty little hands on technology used by the military to read minds. Remember folks, where we live is mostly Department of the Navy, U.S.M.C. base. It is the largest, area wise, Marine Corps base in the world. Over the years it has been a training ground for flight operations until that moved to aircraft carriers...it is called the Air/Ground Combat Center for a reason. Back when we were in school, there were a lot more pilots training out in this area.
It has always puzzled me as to how Lori and Brian LaFond would be able to knock out and implant Bryan Anderson. He's very tall, athletic, smart and if the siblings knocked him out, he would know, afterwards, that they had done something to him. So I am thinking that this technology was more like what Prince's Harry and William were going to be fitted with so that security for the pair could find them anywhere simply by looking at their environment. Literally, these devices were intended to keep rich people safe and for the military to protect their families. Is it possible that Bryan's father had him implanted with one of these chips for safety? I don't know Bryan's dad and that's got to be because of his position with the military. His mother was known by everyone...she was the person that did stuff with Bryan. Was Bryan's father's clearance so high that when his family was overseas that they chipped their son? Could be.
If this was the case, there would probably be a list somewhere, back in those days, of the military personnel that were implanted. This would be a huge security breach. If Lori and Brian had been chipped and they stole this technology, the military would have been able to find them because of their thinking. So I am thinking that their father, recently deceased, was involved in communications or security for the military in those times. Somehow, Lori and Brian were able to steal an access computer to the mainframe that allows for thought translation for pilots and military personnel. They couldn't keep it in the area or the military might come looking for them. So it went to Palm Springs. I know it was stolen by 1988 because that was when I was implanted.
Lori was in Cathedral City and Warm Sands at that time. I know because she lived on Treasure Chest and across the street from Peter DiMartino's old apartments. At the time I knew someone named Roger that lived across the street from Lori. So I know she had this technology when I was implanted. The movement of this technology from the Morongo Valley into the Coachella Valley was so that Lori and Brian LaFond couldn't be found to have it. It was a simple case of hiding the stolen items. This theory is based on the concept that several military id's were found of Lori's father, in Lori or Brian's possession. Neither is a military dependent and having another person's military id is a huge no no! Even a civilian knows that. So what did Brian and Lori need this military id for?
When Lori LaFond came back from Sedona, Arizona and filed a "workplace violence" restraining order against me, using the City of LaQuinta as a "workplace" in name only, she claimed, in her moving papers not to know a single thing about RFID chips and brain computer interfaces, acting as if I was crazy. The theory continues that Lori believes that this is a "special forces" tool that the military used and that thirty years later, she still has to keep it like a "military secret"; therefore she lied on this document. We know for a fact that Lori has the numbers that correspond to these chips in her own writing and that when plugged into a computer program, it uses the military server, to read our minds and spy on us. Did she use her own father's clearance to keep a login for this system? Does his military id have something to do with the access to this technology? Perhaps.
Was Bryan Anderson's name and corresponding chip numbers also stolen when this equipment was stolen? Skull caps, military computers, RFID chips, and all the stuff that you use to commit this illegal surveillance was stolen. We are now looking at the serial numbers of the chips to see if the military was involved with these devices and has them listed as stolen. Using this technology to spy on Bryan while he was working as a police officer would then allow Lori to use his name whenever she wanted to implant another cop. She knew enough about Bryan to make it believable. I can't imagine that he wouldn't have known that Lori stole this technology and was using it in Palm Springs, he was a cop there for a very long time.
I heard for a while that there were kids in the Sunfair area that were implanted against their will. I'm certain that if Lori knew about this technology and what it could do, she would be the first person to misuse it. Remember she was only in seventh grade when she made up a story about my father molesting a student...so she was definitely criminal minded then. She also hated homosexuals with a vocal passion. Her ambushes of me at school were abusive and really quite embarrassing. It happened on several occasions too. At a party too. Lori was evil then and I think she took her homosexual bashing to Palm Springs, frankly. There were more gays there.
It makes sense that this technology made it's way to Palm Springs from the military. How it got there is a mystery. The working theory is that it was stolen from 29 Palms and brought to Palm Springs by Lori and Brian LaFond. Sources say that the computers used to commit this crime even say "Property of USMC, Dept. of the Navy". How could this have happened unless Brian and Lori stole this equipment from someone linked to their father. We all know that the pair are the biggest thieves.
Now the comments like, "My father invented this technology" or "I have been working on this technology longer than anyone" coming from the mouth of "Lisa" or as Jonathan Mendenhall calls her, Lori Jean LaFond makes sense. The use of the term "Special Forces Unit" when calling Commissioner Best's Secretary makes sense because that term is military, not law enforcement. Many of the victims have heard, for years, that Lori was number one in command on this system. This would give a reason why Lori was the person to go to when a phone needed to be forwarded or when a Verizon number needed to be established...she had the military technology at her home.
I want people to know that I am a researcher and an informant for the police. My understanding of "cause/gang stalking" was limited to my experience with it since I was 19. I would not have believed you if you had told me that you were "hearing voices" in your head. It's that simple, I would have written you off as a crack pot. The thing was, a group of people started following me for no reason and I knew it. It continued into San Diego and even my boss told me that he had people watching me everywhere...all true. When the "hearing voices" thing started in Palm Springs after I moved there, I didn't equate one with the other until I started researching the phenomenon, that, to me, feels artificial. Forced. Electronic. So I researched my ass off. I don't believe that the government or military is necessarily behind anything more than the technology. It's use in the public sector feels hijacked. In my opinion, a private citizen stole this technology and used it to complete a heinous hate crime against the gay male community. I only know of one girl, from high school, military family that vocally hates "faggots". Jonathan told me it was Lori Jean LaFond and that's the exact girl that I am thinking of. She's exactly like "Lisa" or "Victoria" or "Jessica"...same girl, same agenda.
From what I understand, Lori LaFond, has known about a few things that nobody could have, before they happened and directly afterwards. When I did interview with Nathan Baca, I've been told that Lori knew it was coming on and that she was "less than sympathetic" about the subject matter, which was "male rape in the gay community". I can't imagine how she would know about that interview before it aired as the entire thing was shot at my apartment complex. When I was shot at in San Diego, the only people that knew about it, were my mom and dad. They told nobody. From what I understand this information was given to people that Lori LaFond knows or is related to, the morning of the rape...hours later, actually. How can she know all these things? In that case, how did she know where Jonathan, Anthony and I were taking our vacation and show up there right before I arrived? If she says she read it on here then chose to follow me, then didn't she follow a police informant from state to state? If you knew that someone was taking a vacation that you didn't like, would you show up there?
Some people think that I shouldn't put my theory of this case on the blog, but you have to understand, this torture won't stop. I've already gone too far. I have to put the theories out there so that I can protect myself and others. If I am wrong, it's not like Lori LaFond doesn't hate "faggots", I've got a million witnesses to that. Maybe she shouldn't have been such a butthole to me. So at the worst this would be "bully shaming" and at the best, I found "Lisa"/"Victoria"/"Sara"/"Jessica", the urban legend that calls the police on gay men and infects them with HIV, then ruins their reputations.
That "restraining order" was just more bullying. Frankly, I got tired of her calling my sister and telling her where my drugs could be found and that she knows friends of mine. The "practically family" thing wasn't my favorite either. How would you like to be related to a bigoted high school bully? You can't imagine how many times "super weird" coincidences have happened to me, it was like my "worst case scenario" always came true and I am a very positive person.
One thing my friends will tell you is that I am definitely NOT obsessed with "all things high school". I don't go to reunions. I don't join them for birthday parties. I barely know anything about their families, for the most part. I ran away from where I lived because I hated it here. Still do. I barely keep in touch with my best friends from high school, Lori LaFond would not be someone that I would "miss" in any capacity. The last thing in my life I would want to do is see her again. Filing a restraining order was a way to lure "Lisa" out of hiding. No laws were broken in planting statements on a blog to play a game of "come out, come out, wherever you are." Everyone knows that "Lisa" is an internet troll. If you have ever been on a gay dating site, you've seen her work. You can't reply to her messages fast enough and the pictures are used from all kinds of people. Mostly, she says things like "let's fuck" as an opener.
Telling people that I was "obsessed" with her in that restraining order is just another life long fantasy of hers. A gay man that isn't interested in her so she gets his attention by trying to get him in trouble. I'm sure Bryan Anderson isn't happy with being her four year boyfriend either. This would mean she implanted me during her relationship with him. He would have been in danger of contacting the HIV virus.
Now I am living a sober and very solitary life. It is a waste of intelligence to not be doing something more with my skills.
