"That sounds like something Kevin would say," is what I hear coming from most of the people that hear Lori trying to be more like me. There is a distinct reason why people that are around Lori notice that she isn't being herself these days. It has to do with how much she has to try to copy me without a conscious effort. She literally writes down the words I say and uses them, mostly wrong, trying to look more intelligent or sophisticated. The problem is that people that know Lori, know when she is doing this because they know that sophisticated and intelligent are not two of her strengths.
One of the things that police officers that are implanted and harassed don't realize is all of the information and channels that they use to do their job become the subject of Lori's obsession. She keeps notes on how things are done and who to go through to get them done. Badge numbers are simple for her to get from the cops that are implanted so it is not that hard for her to get copies of videos from inside the PSPD, copies of police reports, DNA reports, warrants issued and who isn't really good at paying attention to these signs.
When you look at the DNA report from the crime lab associated with my rape, I'll just bet there are some lab technicians that would be furious at how much work they had to put into that REAL report before Lori, pretending to be a different cop, submitted a fake one that Chief Reyes blindly bought in to. You see when you know the procedures and have watched the police for as long as Lori has, with her disorders, Lori actually becomes the police officer that she is impersonating.
When you couple the sociopath with the "chameleon effect", what you have is a perfect impersonation of how to fuck something up. Only someone who is spying on police officers could have the kind of insight that someone on the outside does not have. This is a dangerous situation for law enforcement. Lori begins with finding out things like their email passwords and badge numbers then embarks on a campaign of misinformation and impersonation, but the buck stops when she gets to something that she has never seen before. Lori doesn't know what to say or how to react. Her social skills are limited so it usually is something like, "I have someone at my desk right now so I'll have to get back with you on this..."...click. A sociopath is only as good as the lie gets them away with. When confronted with the truth, Lori becomes violent and combative. Her "don't take no for an answer" side comes out.
The reason that thirty years of torture has lasted as long as it has, mostly has to do with people not dotting "i's" and crossing "t's". If people do what they are suppose to do instead of being bullied into believing what Lori says is the truth, they would have far less problems. For example, M. Katherine Jensen, Esq., the female attorney that represented Lori as a City of La Quinta employee, didn't actually meet her at her work. If she had, she would have learned that the girl that worked there with that name, is not the girl that signed the papers. Simply put, a snow job, is what was put before the Commissioner that illegally signed the order out of his jurisdiction at the time.
It's a phone con job. Lori is that girl that pays her bills late and expects the utility company to give her money back. If she isn't satisfied with the answer that she gets, she goes to the next person up the chain of command with an attitude and a purpose. This might work once with a debtor, but it won't work much more.
When you have a sister and a brother that both stalk people and take on their traits, you have covered both the male and female voices that need to be used to create problems. You see there are two genders to professionals, male and female, so calling on the phone to complain or lie, needs one of each. Lori calling to pretend to be Bryan Anderson won't work, but Brian LaFond, calling and pretending to be him is a different thing. It's law enforcement impersonation that has caused so many problems for the victims of a crime since the courthouse moved to Indio, California. What I am concerned about is that there haven't been "in person proffers" to the judges that are having warrants issued for the arrests of electronic harassment victims. What police officers are "phoning it in" and getting away with it? I worked for a judge, the only way you get around in person is to Skype and record it.
Don't get me wrong, neither Lori nor Brian are all that good at impersonations, so when they can give a badge number, then they can legitimize their impersonation.
There is still a problem...a chameleon does more than just sound like a police officer, they have to look like them too. I am personally aware that Lori and Brian both ordered what looks like the same exact police jumpsuits that are worn by the officers in the area, with badges. Lori will tell you that the uniforms were for a "costume party", but the problem is that the names on the uniforms are police officer names from the PSPD. This helps with the implantation of other officers...it legitimizes the illegal use of wireless devices by City of Palm Springs employees; i.e. implanted cops that think they are working for a "special forces" unit ( a military term) of the PSPD, but in actuality are working for the worst drug dealer in Palm Springs history.
Can you imagine? A rookie cop is sent to Lori's apartment and there she is in her police uniform...looking exactly like a cop...behind a computer and having her brother implant them with a device that reads their minds? The communicative benefits of this system are stupid. A radio could do the same thing. This system isn't built for talking to a cop on the job, it is for learning about police operations by a drug dealer. This is why I learned that the PSPD is a gestapo police force for Lori and Brian whether they know it or not. Helping the drug dealer isn't something that law enforcement needs to do especially when it is always aimed at the LGBTQ community. You don't see these cops going out on these fake calls against straight or heterosexual people...just "faggots with the 'ultimate lifestyle'"; something Lori believes is a sexual and drug free for all in our community. That, to me, is offensive.
In my investigation, I truly believe, as is much of what Lori does, that she targeted my police contact, Bryan Anderson, for that whole "Warm Sands" sting operation utilizing this "Chameleon Effect" by pretending to be a district attorney and by pretending to be Bryan. There was suppose to be a tape of someone that caught Bryan saying the word "cocksucker" as it applied to the gays in Warm Sands. The tape never surfaced. I have a much similar circumstance with the restraining order that was taken out on me when Lori submitted a recorded conversation that I left at the City of 29 Palms...it didn't play. The reason I know it didn't play is because it didn't say anything like what I said on the message that I left. Two times we've heard of a "recorded message" but the reality is that nobody seems to have it. The reason for that is because it doesn't exist. As I recall the videotape in Bryan's situation was recorded by a woman and her boyfriend. I believe that it was Bryan and Lori that made that whole story up to get Bryan fired or reprimanded.
Two alleged tapes that never appear. I find it quite interesting that Lori LaFond, the City of La Quinta "employee" would be involved with M. Katherine Jensen, Esq. A female attorney that likely represented Bryan in his problems with the Warm Sands Sting operation that had police officers asking men to show their penises and wear "gay looking clothing". This is the humiliation that I know Lori just loves to impose on other people that she is harassing.
Now what you see is another case of Lori harassing someone that use to live in 29 Palms that is friendly with her parents. Another friend of mine that she was furious at for asking me to be his informant instead of her. Her, "I'll show you who is the boss around here" attitude is what you are seeing again. This made Bryan look bad and that made Lori very happy since he wouldn't go out on calls for her and told his officers the same.
Another similarity is the photo from the rape that I've shown you on that postcard. Again, this picture is from the morning that I was raped, during the rape itself. When you look at the postcard, once again, a female and a male are responsible for it's creation and distribution. A male, Brian LaFond and a female, Lori LaFond.
Look at who Lori causes problems for...Coach Fabian at PSHS, a former resident of 29 Palms that is friendly with my family and Bryan Anderson's. Bryan, a former military resident of 29 Palms. Me, my brother in law, my sister...then all of the people that are involved in my investigation like Christopher, Anthony, Jonathan, Benjamin and so forth. This is one woman trying to create as many problems as she can for people that use to live here where I am and for the people that I am working with on this investigation.
Explaining the unexplainable in a courtroom is not fun. When you don't have a reason for the phone calls from a district attorney, that they didn't make, how do you justify your actions? From what I understand Bryan was told this sting operation was okayed by a district attorney that said it wasn't. So who did make this call to Bryan? He wouldn't have done it this way without an approval...so who pretended to be a district attorney and gave him the "go ahead"?
I find it interesting that Lori would choose to name him as her four year boyfriend, except that this attorney may have already represented him in that case. This would allow the "chameleon" to pretend to be a different Lori LaFond but utilize the inside information that she learned about Bryan through his own thinking and experiences with M. Katherine Jensen...if she represented Bryan. I don't believe for a second that the City of La Quinta got on the phone with the Lori that doesn't work there to refer her to this attorney. This would all be done in person. I believe that Lori knew this number because she got it from Bryan's thinking.
So, like Lori always does, she contacted this attorney knowing that she represents City of La Quinta employees or perhaps Riverside County employees, with the number that she got from Bryan's thinking. Then the attorney would likely tell Lori that she needs to talk to the City Manager or HR department which is the usual route. That's when the other chameleon comes into play. The REAL Lori LaFond, a relative of this Lori LaFond, wouldn't have any idea about this "restraining order" but she worked as an executive assistant to the City Manager at that time, a man. Who do you think played the City of La Quinta's City Manager on the phone with M. Katherine Jensen? Pr
obably her brother, Brian LaFond. It wouldn't be the first time he impersonated law enforcement of a city employee...he tells everyone he works for the FBI or police. I can prove that.
So what you see here is two siblings playing police officer and city employee to get this blog taken offline. Why go to all this trouble if Lori and Brian were not behind this crime? Who benefits from it? The only people that would benefit from this blog or any other blog about this crime...are the criminals...in in this case that would be Lori and Brian LaFond. I do know that Brian LaFond drove Lori to meet with Deputy Fiebig so he's involved in at least this much of the fraud.
You see Bryan and I pose a serious threat to Lori and Brian LaFond for one reason...we know who they really are. This is the major problem that has been faced by Lori and Brian this whole time. Usually these victims and police officers don't know the true identities of the male and female, brother and sister, that commit this crime. When you grow up here where I am from, a small town in the middle of nowhere, you get to know who people are. There is only one high school. Bryan went to school with Brian and I went to school with Lori. You know I've heard that Lori tells people that I am also her ex-boyfriend too...nothing could be further from the truth, except that Bryan is also not her former boyfriend. Are we seeing a pattern?
Look at the Coach Fabian situation closely, Chief Reyes. I've heard that you know Steve Fabian too. You know that he was falsely accused by a student of sexual conduct, but it wasn't true. Both Bryan Anderson and I know of another case where this happened to my own father. This is a simple repetition of that attempt to hurt someone that both Bryan and I know. The fantasy is to have a teacher wrongly convicted of child molestation without any more proof than what Lori and Brian can dream up. I don't know the specifics of that case, but let me make an educated guess...there was a greeting card found somewhere wasn't there?
I also wouldn't be surprised if someone didn't plant something like dirty magazines or porn movies some place.
When it all comes down to it though, the accuser never really pans out. The story is so outrageous that it doesn't add up. The accusations are from a teacher's aide. In my father's case that was the same too. I have actually seen Lori as a teacher's aide in junior high school trying to get sexual with one of our teachers before she was kicked out of the class. She would call his home and try to talk to him while he wasn't at work until she was told to stop. This is another one of Lori and Brian's fantasies...if this girl that accused Coach Fabian doesn't know who Lori LaFond is by name, it is probably because she was pretending to be someone else. Show her Lori's real picture and ask her if this was the woman that put her up to it?
This started in the 1980's for my family, but when you look at the totality of circumstances, there is enough reason to believe that the two cases were the same, dreamed up by the same sociopath sadist that tried to put my father in jail. Steve Fabian is a close friend of my father's too. I think he even used the same lawyer that my father used...if I am not mistaken.
Fucking with people that she knows know her parents, Lori just loves to have a story to tell them. Why? What is it with this girl that she has to hurt people from military or educational backgrounds? Does anyone see the beginning of Lori's psychoses?
Personally, I think it speaks volumes about the problems inside the heads of the LaFond siblings. They strike out at people that they want to hurt to have a story to tell back home. Lori thinks having the "inside track" on every thing makes her a valuable source of information. Of course she is on the inside track, she's behind it all.
The message that she wants to give is "don't cross me", but what I am seeing is a lack of understanding about what is really at play here. Fantasyland, pure and simple. Lori's been looking for a gay man to be obsessed with her from the beginning...she's obsessed with me becoming that person. I'm not interested in the least. I am no more obsessed with her than a potato. I want nothing to do with her so she tortures me to tell you more about her so she can complain. The problem is that nobody looks into HER background, her social security number, her tax record, her multiple California Driver's license, her thumb print in the DMV database...maybe people just need to realize what a liar she truly is. She's not afraid of lying to anyone because between her and her brother manipulating the phone system they can keep some people from knowing the truth. Forwarding a phone and spoofing a number to another is a powerful weapon if people aren't meeting in person.
When will law enforcement get a big clue and look into the false accusations of this woman who pretends to be almost everyone but herself?
Wreaking havoc has become a way for Lori to destroy her adversaries because nobody seems to understand that there is someone else involved. When confronted with things like emails that they didn't send, police chiefs and other officers aren't saying, "Hey, I didn't send this and it's a major security breach!" Instead they just let it slide way too often without realizing the consequences of the position that they are putting the City of Palm Springs and their residents in. You can't let a drug dealer run the city! She already thought she did.
Who keeps benefiting from all of these lies?
Remember folks, I have experience with Lori and Brian trying to frame my own father for something that he didn't do. This happened with one of Lori and Brian's neighbors when I was a kid. It would be wrong of me not to say something now.
The connection between what Bryan Anderson, myself and Lori knows about my brother in laws killing is the commonality of experience. I know what transpired before the shooting. I know the advice sought from Bryan Anderson from my sister. I know what that advice was. I also know that there is only one girl that was listening in to both while her own brother was in San Diego following me around. The missing piece is the text messages from Lori to my brother in law. There were phone calls. The whole situation was set up knowing what had transpired between my sister and him and what was being done to protect her. A year an a half later, I would be the victim of a shooting too. Eliminating the people that Lori bragged about doing something to was and is her first concern. You don't see her bragging about it to her attorney though. What you see is a complete virginal whitewashing of Lori's role in any of it. She still showed up at the crime scene and photographed it. She still photographed the bullet hole in my car door too. I even have the text from Steven Frey's phone number from the night Christopher and I agreed to do the informant work. "Now I know why there is a bullet hole in ur car door, too bad they missed."
Steven Frey had no idea that Christopher and I were going to do a sting the next day, but Lori did. She was listening in to everything that Bryan, Christopher and I said. She is the person that sent that text message and it shows her knowledge of my shooting. The term "they" shows that she knew that more than one person was involved too. Bryan will tell you that Lori was talking to him about it too. Her rage and jealousy at not being "the person" he would use for informant work turned into a nightmare.
My brother in law told me Lori LaFond was selling him drugs and I could tell my sister.
Remember, this is a crime of mind reading...so Lori knows I know the truth. Doing something to keep me silent is her goal. This is why she keeps following me out of the state and everywhere I go. I am a loose end. That's motive. After that shooting there was life insurance for my brother in laws daughters, my nieces, that was stolen from my sister's bank account. Lori is still talking about how she stole this from my sister and those little girls. This isn't just the killing, it's the stealing of their money that has Lori concerned. Lori is still trying to convince Jeffrey to give her this money that she stole from me so that my sister will put it in a bank account at Bank of America where Lori has stolen money from before. Killing for insurance money? It is possible. Lori's brother has spent more time in my sister's old home than I did.
God only knows what else was stolen from them after the shooting. Bank statements, jewelry, photographs, wedding albums, coin collections and so much more. You see once he was gone, the girls were alone. In one instance, Brian LaFond went into that home and sprayed blood looking fingernail polish all over some pictures of us hanging on the wall. This is indicative of other burglaries in Palm Springs. Lori and Brian break in and shit on the floor or write on the walls. In the case of the fingernail polish all over our pictures it looked like blood. This happened before I had my head smashed in Palm Springs while sleeping at my then boyfriend's home. He's even heard Lori say she knows me from high school and probably says that my sister is her friend. Lori had Mark Finley call my sister to get me in trouble before too, probably because she didn't want to hear from Lori any longer. She didn't mention this in her restraining order either.
At some point someone has to ask my sister about all the things that she's heard from Lori about me over the years. She has to learn that this is because of the crime that she is being looked at for.
Now there is the case of having my father accused falsely and the case of my brother in law's death that I know about. The problem comes when the other operators of this system, including team members of mine, know what Lori did. This is why I got shot at in San Diego. I knew too much. This is why Lori wanted me dead "by her birthday". Her birthday is July 6, I was shot on July 30, 2003. About a year and four months after my brother in law was killed. There are many diary entries in my diary about being followed in San Diego at this time. We can connect Lori with pictures taken of me and from me in that time frame. Lori is in possession of a ten year high school reunion picture that was stolen from my mailbox just months before the shooting. It was literally taken from my mailbox.
There is plenty of motive for Lori trying to kill me. HIV infection, my father's case, brother in law's case, the rape and attempt to reinfect me...the Sedona scenario. It's all the same to me. Same girl, same mental problems she's always had. Obsessed with my family and what she can do to ruin it.
I still say that Bessie Smith and Bryan Anderson need to speak up about this to my family...they deserve to know the truth.
This constant charade of Lori and Brian pretending to be police officers or some kind of law enforcement is a ridiculous thing. It's even more exacerbated by Lori's claim to have been in a relationship with Bryan Anderson, and even worse, me. There is no relationship there. There never has been where I am concerned. She was always far more concerned with who I was than I was ever thinking about her. I can't believe that 30 plus years later she still hasn't moved on. Still trying to tattle on me. Still trying to have me beaten up. Still with the same homophobic attitude.
Someone suggested to me that she must be in love with me. I've got news for her. I'm gay. I'm never going to be obsessed or IN LOVE with any woman. I've been comfortable with my sexuality since my mid twenties. I have nothing to do with this girl. I don't ever want to see or interact with her in any way. Tonight she told me she was going to "eliminate the competition" where Christopher was concerned. She's already tried that by putting him in jail and raping him in San Diego. I fear for his life and mine. Lori has tried to kill before.
