I'm going to use this example above to explain the law of instigating a crime and why this wouldn't have happened if the first person didn't start the chain reaction.
These are cell phones and they represent all of the phone calls it takes for Lori and Brian to commit a crime against a person. Think of Lori and Brian as the first person to push the second phone in the chain over. Rather than doing it with a physical cell phone, they do it with a phone call to someone. Once that call is made, usually with a lie about something that will help one or both of them, the next phone calls someone and the next calls someone until the intended target has been sufficiently smeared. This is what Lori feels she has no responsibility to. The inner workings of a conspiracy always comes back to who had the idea and took steps to make it happen.
The death of my brother in law and my father's arrest when I was nine are two really great examples of how Lori and Brian used this kind of information to start a crime. In my father's case is was a false allegation of child molestation and in my brother in law's case, he ended up dead. What steps were taken by Lori and Brian to make these end results happen? That is to say that if they were the ones that had the idea and manufactured evidence, they were the ones responsible for the false allegation and the death. That is what Lori is like. For years she took credit for what happened with people like me because she says, "See what I can do to a person?" Now that people are looking into her lies, you can clearly see that it was her intention to kill me.
There is no other reason to infect me with HIV without knowing, shoot at me in San Diego, keep me from getting another job in San Diego and lots of other problems that she likes to say she caused to some, but denies to others.
Cell phones are basically dominoes that can set be set into motion to ruin a person's life. What you don't see is who originated the lie and perpetuated it by pretending to be someone else. Lori is that person. Brian, her brother is not much different. If a female voice need be used, then Lori does it. If a male voice is needed, Lori's brother does the dirty work.
It's a very simple case of playing with the phone system and cell phone numbers.
