Don't you just hate it when you say or do something that you can't take back? Well, Lori LaFond, has now trapped herself in a situation that she can't get out of, using all the same methods that "use to work" on all those other gay men. In short, she's screwed and all I had to do was use her strength to show how weak she was.
You all know that I use to talk alot about how "Lisa" would call the police about a victim and have them arrested for the first time...then I told you about how she would pretend to be Officer Rae Fernandez so that she could call the Commissioner's chambers and say, "This is one of the PSPD's 'special forces' defendants" so that the judge would throw the book at him? Remember that? Lori didn't. Instead, she did the exact same thing to me and this time, with time running out on how she was going to "put me in jail", she did something she's never done before. She put her name on it. Yes, folks, the favors done illegally by Commissioner Best in the off chance that he would issue a warrant for "violence", was all a ploy to put me in jail. It backfired.

There was literally nothing that Lori LaFond could complain about that the judge could see. There shouldn't have been a protective order in the first place since the case was stayed in federal court, but what Lori LaFond did next shows that she has all the qualities of "Lisa", including being the meanest liar on the planet.
You can't break the law or violate a restraining order if there is nothing to look at in this case. There was nothing that Larry Best, Lori's pretend friend, could do. He had no basis to make any kind of warrant call because what Lori LaFond complained about was offline for six or seven months. It is clearly his attempt to violate me on his imposed probation period in favor of Lori. How could this happen. Simple, Lori lied and pretended to be Rae Fernandez again. She use to do this all the time before she was let go...now all there is, is a piece of garbage "workplace violence" restraining order and a warrant for something that wasn't his to rule on in the first place. It is punitive and it is in favor of the woman that Jonathan called "Lisa". Lori LaFond is in big trouble with the law and she did it all for bravado and machismo.
Thinking that she had perfected a system of two arrests per victim to cause a jail sentence, Lori got way too brazen when she forced Commissioner Best into a situation that he obviously did not read the papers or have a hearing for. If he had, he would have found out more about Lori than those moving papers ever did. A crime of violence is the most ridiculous thing of all. "Workplace violence" for me and "strong armed robbery" for Christopher.
This is the same commissioner that I'd been talking about online for years. He sentenced me to an illegal sentence and then, when I'd completed everything that was possible and required, he granted a petition for a restraining order for a woman that never even entered his courtroom. If he'd taken the time to read the papers that she submitted, he would have known that what Lori LaFond was complaining about was me writing about a woman that calls his chambers and pretends to be Rae Fernandez. He could have easily known that what he was doing was questionable. Instead he rubber stamped the order and didn't even acknowledge that I am a police informant working on this case. He then went on to issue a warrant for my arrest seven or so months later after Lori LaFond followed me to Sedona, Arizona as that informant.
What Commissioner Best has failed to do is everything that the law requires. He's been doing it for decades. This is why we sent an informant into his courtroom to see what would happen. We've been on to Lori's activities for years now and the gay community needed answers that I was willing to suffer through to provide. Issuing a warrant for my arrest is something that I knew Lori would try given the number of cases that she's done this on before. This time she used her own name on that restraining order then tried to force a warrant by making an end run around federal jurisdiction. This shows the lengths that Lori and this Commissioner are willing to go to continue to put the gay community under the microscope. I am, by far, not the only gay man that has been in front of Commissioner's Best and Cribbs...and all of us wonder what the heck that they are doing. Sentencing at arraignments? Issuing warrants without any kind of substantiation or proffer in person by a police officer. These are the kinds of crimes that were discussed on "HateLisa" with a purpose. Lori just took the bait of the sting.

The problem for her was that I knew she would take the path of "most destruction" when it came to me. She always has. She has never been the person to be friendly to the gay community and she alone must answer for the tactics that she took to try to have me arrested simply because I was told she was behind all of these problems that I'd had. Low and behold, she took the bait and did what "Lisa" does.
She has only herself and her friends to blame for her impersonation of police officers, city workers and district attorneys. She wasn't thinking that I could do anything about what she does...but she underestimated my intelligence. She didn't know what I was doing when I had the case removed from the superior court to the federal court and apparently Commissioner Best didn't know what to do either. Ruling on a federal case when it is out of his jurisdiction is illegal and there is nothing that Lori LaFond can do to fix that now. Going further and trying to get a warrant based on something "violent" was Lori's way of making something look like something it wasn't. Typical "Lisa" style.
What Lori LaFond did was what she always does, break the law in her favor by pretending to be someone she wasn't and the Commissioner could have known that if he'd spent one single minute looking at what SHE SUBMITTED to his courtroom for review. Knowing that he rules in her favor without question, I took the case out of his hands. What he did with it afterwards is his problem with his secretary. Not my fault.
In her overzealous attempts to try to throw me in jail (following me to Sedona, to put drugs in my car), Lori neglected to understand something very critical about her plan: I'm much smarter than she is, by far. There wasn't going to be another repeat of what she did with the PSPD having me arrested seven times without any convictions. Apparently I don't like being threatened and her warnings aren't getting through even though she is suspected of setting up a murder for hire in San Diego and a bludgeoning in Palm Springs. She is by far the number one suspect in both. Who else has shown such a propensity to break the law or come after me? Nobody.
She's been doing this my whole life and I am prepared to use this warrant to my fullest advantage to prove it.

I was raped and beaten, nearly to death, in the home of her former drug supplier.
When the evidence FIRST came back it showed two suspects in that rape.
After police interviewed who Lisa told me were responsible, they then changed their minds when their DNA came back and did not match.
Then the police chief made a HUGE mistake...he told me that there was a report that showed that I was the only DNA in that report and that they weren't going to do anything else for me.
This was all the support that Lori needed. She then proceeded to follow me to Sedona, Arizona with a plan to put me and my co-workers in jail for good. All of us had problems with Lisa who Jonathan Mendenhall identified as Lori LaFond. When that failed, Lori went for an illegal restraining order hoping that it would violate my probation with her "favorite commissioner". I stayed the action but he proceeded to try to hook me into another one of her lies. The police already arrested me six or seven times without gaining a conviction, but now Lori thought she could shove me around some more. It was her biggest mistake.
This all leads me to the question as to why Lori and her brother Brian were so interested in having me arrested? It was because of what Jonathan knew about that rape. He knew it was both of them that were involved in my rape and Christopher's in San Diego. With proof.
Now I have the information that I need to have both her brother Brian and Lori looked at as the suspects in that rape and the shooting in San Diego.
This has become Lori's greatest nightmare and she hasn't slept a wink since the evidence started to show that she had a hand in all of it.
I would also like to point out that Lori's favorite scapegoat cop, Officer Rae Fernandez is or was already embroiled in controversy when she and her husband and Officer Matt Beard were involved in an illegal sting investigation that smacks of Lori's involvement. Mike and Mindy Nichols were also informants for the PSPD but then suffered a huge financial loss when the police turned on them and acted like they were not informants for the police. I have a signed document showing that Christopher and I are informants, but these people lost hundreds of thousands of dollars. When Mike Nichols was under investigation it is alleged that Lori sent out the people that stalk these informants to scare them.
Mike was then arrested under the tiniest amount of evidence and put in jail as a warning to not question the police and Rae Fernandez. I already contacted Ben Meisalas of the Geragos & Geragos law firm and told them about Rae Fernandez' relationship with Lori and that is the stuff that makes people question their relationship with the Commissioner at the Larson Justice Center.
