Swatting The Palm Springs Gay Community For Decades: Lori, Brian and the PSPD

I know what you are thinking.  This guy must have been a murder suspect or perhaps he was beating his wife and the police responded.  What if I told you that his only "crime" was telling Lori that he wouldn't sleep with her or her brother?  No, seriously, what if you found out that the SWAT team responded to a call from someone that said, that the guy on the ground was holding a family hostage at gunpoint and that she had seen it all!

The police go into "emergency mode" and immediately respond with force.  They are all hopped up on adrenaline because the caller was so specific about the address, what the man was wearing, his information...all of that.  The police go, respond and this dude ends up face down on the street.

I was once arrested for burglary when I picked up my friend's mail and attempted to deliver it the way he delivered it.  A police dog came, lots of cops and of course, Officer Rae Fernandez  was there.  She's Lori's "sister friend" that use to work for the PSPD.  She also told me to "run, run" in front of the police dog and his officer handler.

I was doing what I was suppose to do.  I had the keys to the home, delivered the mail to one of the two homes on the property and was proceeding to the other home where my friend lived; there were two structures on that property.  My friend was in the hospital nearly dead from third stage syphilis, delivered via Lori to his body...so I told him I would take care of his mail and cats.  Nobody wants to leave their mail in the mailbox with Lori living right next door.  The response was to the alarm I'd set off when I opened the door to the first home with the key.

Burglary was the charge and the cops wouldn't even call my friend in the hospital to see if I was allowed on that property, which I assure you, I was.  I'd been there hundreds of times and seen the way mail was handled.  My hospitalized friend did work in the main home all the time and this was a situation where I was falsely arrested because Lori called the police and reported the crime.  The report was false.  Lori knew the truth.  

This is called swatting.  It has become a huge problem in Palm Springs to the point where officers have even been told "not to respond to calls from Lori".  It's a real thing and it is the way that Lori robs homes and puts her enemies in jail.  It also allows police officers to enter homes without search warrants because of imminent danger.  Like Mark Furman going into O.J.'s property when he found a blood on the Bronco parked outside of his property.  After Det. Fuhrman scaled the wall, he found the other bloody glove...which gave him more suspicion of imminent danger.

You see, there are certain circumstances that allow a police officer to enter a home without a warrant.  Years of listening to police conversations has taught Lori a few things.  Domestic violence, gun shots, hostage situation all allow for police to enter homes without a warrant.  Then, once inside the home, the officers can use what they call "plain view" to make charges against the people inside.  If they see drugs, they can take drugs and arrest the residents.  This has been going on in droves in Palm Springs' gay community for decades.

Once, I was walking home from a friend's house and a police car pulled up and the officers drew their guns and stuck it inches from my face.  This could easily have resulted in my death.  The response was overwhelming and completely unnecessary. Lori had just stolen my video iPod while I was at work.  I was mad and walking home to where I lived.  The police car pulled up and you would have thought I'd just killed someone by the way they treated me.  All I could think of was, "Don't move.  Do everything they say."

These two cops were completely over reacting to a man walking down the street.  It wasn't all that late and I was living about a block from where they stopped me.  I've heard of this happening to other gay men in that area too!

Lori, as the story goes, had used remote neural monitoring to follow me and knew where I was.  She then called the police and filed a false police report about me.  She probably said I had a gun or something so that they could stop me and use force.  Unnecessary force.  It was another warning not to say anything about Lori or the police.  I'd just been robbed and here I was being victimized again!  Unbelievable!!!

The PSPD does this all the time with anyone that Lori and Brian have implanted that refuse to have sex with them.

If you work for me as an employee of my informant work, you are also a target.

Christopher Monti, my boyfriend, was arrested and jailed for a year and a half after renting a bicycle, leaving his wallet at the Wil Stiles store in Palm Springs, California.  Christopher, who is also an informant against Lori, simply rented the bicycle and was riding it when he was stopped, put into custody and taken to jail.  He wasn't even taken to the Palm Springs jail, he was taken to Banning which is at least 30 miles away.

The arrest was put on the evening news!

In commentary posted online, someone calling herself Mollybondhus (the name of my pet kitty cat) claimed that she (a woman) had witnessed Christopher beat a man, take the bike, and ride off on some kind of "erratic joyride".  She then credits herself by calling the police while giving chase.  As if a woman on foot could follow Christopher on an "erratic joyride".  Huh?

Upon further investigation, she implies that Christopher is "known to her" by talking about his "arrest record" and saying something about him wearing a "Say No To Drugs" T-shirt while being arrested.  Then you look at the mug shot.  He isn't wearing a t-shirt at all.  He's wearing a collared polo shirt and boy does he look pissed off!

This was Lori.  She swatted him.  She knew where he was and knew what he was doing so she called in a favor to one of her police friends.  Pretending to be someone that witnessed a beating, which the police called a "strong armed robbery", he was arrested and jailed for a year and a half.  What the fuck is going on?

I went to the Wil Stiles store myself.  There are cameras posted right outside that could have been viewed.  I talked to the employees and nobody there seemed to know anything about the "strong armed robbery".  In fact, nothing that this "hero" female did was truthful, including the story she ripped from my own diary about being "picked up by newlyweds in a truck and being given a ride" to where Christopher was.  So we're to believe that this Wonder Woman, saw this horrible beat down, gave chase, hailed a truck with newly weds, followed him some more, close enough to read his T-shirt that he wasn't wearing but then wanted to remain anonymous.  That's an awful lot of work for a woman that then goes on to tell the whole story online claiming to be my dead cat.  Huh?

It's a simple case of swatting.  I like to call it threatening a police informant.  Quite simply, Christopher was being punished because of his relationship with me.  Molly Bond, is my cat's name, "hus" refers to him being my husband.   We're not married, but will be, hopefully someday.

A year and a half of his life taken for simply renting a bike.  The call to the police didn't come from Palm Springs, it came from Joshua Tree, an hour away.  Way too far for an "emergency call" to the PSPD.  It was handled like an emergency though and the response was an arrest without any kind of probably cause.  Simply a lie and a false report.  Retaliation for Christopher not doing what Lori told him to do.

The other crime involved in this "swatting" approach that the PSPD uses is lying in wait.  Lori follows a victim of this crime into a person's home and watches what they do on her computer.  She then calls one of these police officers or 911 and tells them that she is a witness to drug use.  The other thing that she and Brian do is follow the victim to where they are, stash drugs in their car while they are inside and then Lori calls the police for an "ambush arrest".  The victim doesn't know anything about the drugs, but all of a sudden there is a police officer there, before they even get in the car, who goes directly to the drugs and arrests the innocent man.

All of this is swatting.  It is a set up.  It is done from a remote location and the police are given false information before they arrest the guy that doesn't have anything to do with a crime.

This is a HUGE part of what the PSPD does to the gay community.  There were huge numbers of arrests in our community that have completely disappeared since Lori can't do nearly as much while she is away from Palm Springs.  Only Lori talks to the police about these victims, that is her own rule.

Now there is a case being tried where a California man is in trouble for reporting a crime in Kansas that ended up with someone being killed because the report he filed was false but sent police in an emergency situation to stop a non existent crime.  It is dangerous to the victims of swatting and a complete drain of limited police resources when Lori does this.  How much time has been wasted because Lori is mad that someone won't sleep with her?

These kinds of situations are always in question in Palm Springs.  Lori dreams up things like prostitution in Warm Sands, where gay resorts are plenty.  I've been there many times.  There isn't any prostitution going on.  Yes there are gay men in the streets walking from one resort to another.  Yes, there are times when two of them will meet and something illegal but consensual will go on outside of the resorts...rarely.  Usually these men have a room at one or one of the other resorts.  There is never an exchange of money for services there.  Never.  I would know.  I know the locals and I know the resort situation.  Nobody there is running a prostitution ring.  It just isn't happening.

What IS happening is Lori being angry that she isn't welcome there.  Gay men don't like her.  She in turn hates them.  She's been at the resorts that DO NOT tell her she can't be there, she just doesn't like that gay men won't perform sexual acts in front of her...most don't in front of anyone. Usually when Lori has been at one of these places she makes such a scene that they tell her to leave.  The other thing that happens is that the men, nude sunbathing, put their clothes on and go into their rooms.  This makes Lori mad.  Can you blame them?  She calls us "faggots" and says hateful things to us...not to mention she has her brother knocking men and allegedly infecting them with HIV.

This is why Lori is the most hated woman in the Palm Springs' gay community.  She's known as Jessica, Lisa, Victoria or whatever character she is playing, but once they see her, everyone knows it's her.  The girl drug dealer looking for prey.  She did the same thing to the Gentlemen's Club on Perez Road when Missy was working there.  Called in all kinds of false reports about sex and prostitution inside the club to the point that the club was losing business.  It was her way of paying back the owner for throwing her out for her wretched behavior.  She's basically a loud mouthed, verbally abusive predator that will have you followed and stalked.  You can't blame people for not wanting her around.

Oh the stories...all the lies she could possibly make up about the people that live in Warm Sands and the debauchery that allegedly goes on there.  It's all bullshit!!!  Warm Sands is where the people live that Lori doesn't like.  It's as simple as that.  So in order to get rid of them she lied about them to the point where they could not live there any longer, the lost their jobs, there were tons of false arrests (wait until you see what is filmed on "COPS" while Lori is talking and lying to the officers...Rae Fernandez should worry.)  It's true.  We have footage that actually shows these implanted cops going to Warm Sands under Lori's instruction for an arrest that she has literally set up for them.

I want to set the record straight here.  Warm Sands is economically one of the best parts of Palm Springs, but because Lori has turned it into some kind of "sex in the streets" situation with the police, nobody wants to go there any longer.  It has crushed the economy and ruined their businesses all because one little bigoted girl can't fulfill her fantasy of sadistic control over gay men.  Remember, Lori doesn't allow her victims to have sex of any kind.  She just won't.  She's been known to call the police and set off fire alarms at some resorts while someone is playing in a sex sling just to humiliate the adult participants.  This is who she is.  I've been there when she did it!!! 

Warm Sands is controversial for one reason.  Her name is Lori.  Other than that, it is a beautiful place that use to be safe for gay men and women to be.  Now it is anything but that.  The locals that are implanted won't even go there.  They know better than to spend any time at all in that area because of the police swatting techniques.

It is a hate crime.

Arrests for promotions keep this dirty little secret protected.  The police chief told me that I can say anything about his police department so I'm saying this: "You are involved in a dirty little crime of hate.  You have all but eliminated the gay community from Warm Sands simply because you like the money you get from having a high arrest record.  Lori hasn't been in town since about the time of my rape in 2007...lets take a look at the numbers and see if I am right."  You know I am.  I can bet you this though, if I returned and went to the resorts, the crime rate would explode again.  You see it's all about whether one of us that has been implanted is there that makes the difference.  Without eyes on the ground, Lori can't have people arrested.  There isn't any way for her to "make up a story" for the police to swat.

I would also like to point out that the airport tarmac shooting was a situation that was also caused by swatting as well as the killing of my friend Larry at the Big 5 Sporting Goods parking lot.  I was suppose to be in that car that day when Larry was shot and killed.  Lori knew all about it.  My spidey sense kicked in that day and I found him someone else to drive him around.  Nikko took the hit that day and Larry ended up dead.  Swatting has already cost the lives of people in Palm Springs...Lori must be stopped.

Remember people and police, Brian and Lori have the ability from their 209.85.xxx.xxx IP Address to change phone numbers to different locations.  So traditional methods of stopping swatting are difficult, but not impossible.  Police need to understand that this is a crime that starts with swatting and then uses phone number spoofing to keep the police in the dark.  For example, the cops may suspect that Lori is involved in a swatting situation, so the police call the residence, but Lori has moved the phone number of that home to one of her blank cell phones.  They call to see if there is a problem, but the person on the other end of the line IS NOT the resident.  It's just Lori or one of her friends pretending that there is an emergency in the home.  Also, and this HAS HAPPENED, Lori forward the phone number associated with 911 calls in Palm Springs.  

A resident will call the  911 emergency number and Lori picks up the phone and acts like a dispatcher.  So the resident can report a possible swatting, but the police aren't really being contacted.  Lori then swats the police to this residence and there is no record of the phone call.  Sometimes, this has happened too, Lori even forgets to take off the 911 forwarding and REAL LIFE EMERGENCY CALLS go unanswered because Lori is passed out on drugs.  It is critical that 911 gets calls in real time....but with Lori out robbing or raping someone, these calls don't get through.

One last thing.  Swatting has provided Lori with the opportunity to rob a person's home.  How many times have Lori and Brian swatted someone that they wanted to rob.  The police show up, find something, but not what they expected, arrest the man and leave his home open for robbery.  They either leave the door unlocked or Lori has a key to the home that she and her brother have made to gain entry.  We have so much evidence from men that have been arrested because the police have either knowingly or unknowingly arrested someone that Lori wants to steal from.  This is a conspiracy because of the silence about this crime.  The police need to come clean.
