Before the girl that beat and raped me starts to blame "men" for the crime, again, I wanted to pose a question to investigators. What can we learn from the blood that came out of my body on to my jeans the morning I woke up. We know, allegedly, from the initial DNA report, that the blood was female, refrigerated and that she has a lot of medical problems for which she is not being treated at the time.
What I want to know is, can we put the female, alive and in person, at that crime scene from what the blood also has to offer? Is there fresh female blood mixed with the refrigerated? Is there a way to see the properties of that blood that will show that she was there and in person? I've heard that Lori says that Jonathan may have been involved and that is because he was at her apartment the night of the rape. He also knows that he tried to stop her from leaving to head over to Steven Frey's home that night with a container of blood that she kept in her apartment. What a convenient way for her to blame Jonathan, but the problem is that Jonathan's DNA is nowhere to be found, he is a friend of mine and he has a story to tell about that night. Why wouldn't he go to the police?
Why would he? He knows full well the punishment that the police give for telling on Lori and Brian, he's seen it before.
You see, when you are an operator of this system or you have been told to "watch everything that Lori does", you know one thing for sure, the police do what she tells them to do, especially the rookies or Rae Fernandez, former cop of the PSPD.
By law the bloody clothing, which has still not been returned to me or even offered, can not be destroyed because of what was reported to the police. If it was moved or destroyed, there will be lots of problems with the Police Chief.
One thing I want investigators to know is this:
1.) I woke up naked, after falling asleep before the rape, and when I pulled my jeans on I was not wearing any underwear. You can see from the jeans that this was the case. That would be the initial bleed from the rape. That would yield the best evidence after being sodomized and raped.
2.) Only after bleeding on the jeans did I remove them completely and put on a pair of underwear after cleaning the blood off of my legs. So the second bleed is in the white tidy whities. I then put on some short before I bled again.
3.) I noticed with the first bleed into the jeans that the blood seemed "brown and coagulated", sort of like Jello that hadn't set up all the way.
What can we learn about this female suspect from the jeans or underwear?
I am certain of one thing. Lori will do anything to pretend that she wasn't present...but forensics could prove otherwise. I don't want anyone getting blamed for what she is or is not responsible for. This is important to me.
