I want to make some things perfectly clear to Chief Bryan Reyes and his team of police officers at the PSPD. Now that the CDC has come out and explained to all of us that anyone that has been taking anti virals like the ones that they have been prescribing at the DAP now for almost twelve years now can NOT allow anyone with a viral load under 200 units/ml to transmit the HIV virus (undetectable) we need to take a serious look at HOW this virus is still being spread in our community so rapidly while so many of us are on these pills? I can tell you how...they are being spread by someone that isn't taking them...a female with a very high viral load who does not get medical attention and whom is intentionally giving this virus to gay men while they are unconscious and implanted with RFID devices so that your department could learn information about their private lives so you could arrest them.
I also would like to point out that I have been taking these pills now for over twelve years...and yes, I am one of these people with a viral load of less than 30 units/ml who goes around and tells everyone to get on these drugs and stay on them. There is another aspect that needs to be addressed here too. If you are not positive and you wish to stay this way while she is out there trying to infect more of us, you can get PReP drugs at the Desert AIDS Project during the course of our investigation that can prevent you from being infected by this woman and her brother in the meantime. It is high time that the Chief of Police acknowledges that there is a serial rapist in our area that has been spreading this virus like the plague intentionally and with malice and forethought.
PReP drugs can keep the negative community negative and the positive community from spreading this virus to others...it is a fact now. There should be no more growth of this virus in our community with the help of such an incredible place like the D.A.P. and yet someone is still going out and giving this to children and negative gay men. It has to be someone that isn't on HIV meds. That someone isn't me, like Lori would have you believe. I've been on these meds for many years now and I'm the person that tells everyone to take them.
