Last week, while car shopping with his lesbian mistress, Missy, Jeffrey made an admission allegedly, outside of his own wife's earshot. He told Missy, that under no circumstances would he comply with the police department's promise that he made and the commitment that he made to his own family to make good on the "reparations" portion of his end of the talking to Kevin's parents agreement that he made many years ago. This is apparently an agreement that he made with Christopher and his mother, Mrs. Mendenhall and Jonathan's sister and many many others. He went on to say that he would not honor that commitment until Missy "voluntarily" left his son's home of her own volition. On her own terms without being removed. In essence, she could stay inside his son's home for as long as she wanted to (as a known suspect in this crime) without being removed. Now Missy, knowing that she was being monitored, as was required by the "Jeffrey on Missy one on one trip" said, I won't stay longer than the first of the year...but we all know that was just lip service.
Jeffrey can not enter into an illegal contract. Missy can not enter into an illegal contract. Jeffrey can not enter into a contract inside of a police investigation. He can not enter into a contract for extortion. He can not enter into a contract for terrorism with a police informant being used either.
Basically, Missy was given a new car for her participation in extending the terrorism that Jeffrey, she and Dave have enjoyed for years. This has afforded Missy and Dave's girlfriend Bessie the opportunity to financially gain from my torture while allowing my family to suffer losses from break ins and other crimes. Myself, I am about to suffer tremendous health benefit, income and emotional losses that Jeffrey has set up as a game of Rich Man vs. Poor Man. This is a game that he and Dave enjoy playing while others watch. I've asked the police to intervene. They will not.
This crime is taking a tremendous toll on my health and my headaches from the skull fractures are beginning to last all day and night now without abatement. I can't sleep. I can't relax. I am having panic attacks and anxiety all the time. The torture is 24/7 and Jeffrey is enjoying every single second of it. My job as an informant was suggested to me. Bryan Anderson knew that this crime was happening and wrecklessly endangered my family by simply asking me to do the job knowing what Laurie and Bryan do to people that are implanted without providing proper protection for us. Jeffrey and Bryan, I alleged, co-conspired to continue to put my life in danger while defrauding the families of other informants. This has put me and my team in tremendous danger and in fear for our lives. Something has to be done/
