Snowballing For Justice

One thing that I've learned about nothing going right in the legal system in Palm Springs, is that you have to string all the wrong things together to show that is the case.  If nothing ever goes the way it is supposed to go, then you have a "situation".  If you can show that there is a commonality for that "situation" you can bring that to the attention of others.  In our case, gay men, electronic harassment victims...getting treated by law enforcement and the courts in a manner that is different, in a really bad way.  The thing is that all of us know it...we hear voices telling us that we are being punished.  It's time to put two and two together.

Silence is a requirement for the victims of this crime once they are shown how POWERFUL Laurie is...which requires that they know who put them there...you see?
That's why when I walk out of a court room a free man, ten minutes later I get a mysterious text message that reads, "u r a deadman" from someone's telephone.  Laurie just hates when her judge doesn't do what he wants her to do.  A man should always do what she tells him to do, even if the law requires something different.

Of course, the law doesn't apply to Laurie.  She's better than the law.  It simply doesn't apply to the girl that does "so much" for the police.  "The Special Forces Unit" queen dominatrix gets special privileges.  I heard it just the other day.  "Membership", in her special terrorist organization, "has its privileges", Laurie explains to Jeffrey Katzenberg and everyone on that side of the computer screen.  I've heard that one for many years.  What kind of privileges, Laurie?  Free from prosecution?  Free to rape?  Free to kill?  I don't think that there is a law anywhere that allows for that privilege and I am sure that membership indicates organization.  That indicates criminal activity.

This membership must mean that there are non-members too.  Who are they?  I am making a big assumption here but I think that they are the implanted people that Laurie is spying upon.  These are the people that end up in court.  The gay men that are appearing for the first time in front of Commissioner Best.  First assignment, what is Former Officer Rae Dallas'/Fernandez' association with Comm. Best and his staff?  We need to find out her history with that department when they were in Palm Springs, California and what kinds of contacts she's had with them since.  Second, we need to know whom in that chambers is being contacted, when and what Laurie is saying to them.  We also need to know whom in Comm. Cribbs  chambers that Former Officer Fernandez/Dallas is familiar with there?  There is a connection to those chambers.  I know, I've appeared in both and both have questionable sentencing practices.

We have a list of all of the victims of this crime and we need to know whom has been in those courtrooms, what they were charged with, what they were sentenced to and what they compare to with other non gay/non electronic harassment victims with similar charges in those courtrooms.  I am especially interested in defendants found with GHB in the amount that Steven Frey was found with.  I want to know why his GHB was dropped and why the D.A. did not handle this case in a manner that is consistent with State of California and federal prosecution?  There is a reason he got a light sentence.   There is no reason on this Earth that drug should be dropped from his sentencing without cooperation for a larger criminal case or bust.  I want this case to show that there is something going on.  Steven needs to be asked.  It is not his first conviction...it is his first drug conviction but the scheduled drug is a huge quantity and too high to be dropped.  He was given an O/R bond?  He was given a self surrender date with an outstanding IRS tax lien of over $412,000?  That is sufficient for a "flight risk" in any court room.  Nobody gets a self surrender date and an O/R bond owing that kind of money to the feds.  Nobody.  The district attorney should get his ass chewed off for not reporting that to the U.S. Attorney.  Houses should be forfeited for that amount with a drug charge.  This is unacceptable and the PSPD was well aware of that amount being owed because I SHOWED THE CURRENT POLICE CHIEF THAT AMOUNT BEFORE HE WAS ARRESTED!  I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM THE CHIEF SHOWING HE ARRESTED HIM AFTER I SHOWED HIM THE AMOUNT.  IF HE DIDN'T MAKE THE PROSECUTOR AWARE HE SHOULD BE IN BIG TROUBLE.  I EVEN SHOWED ANTHONY AND JONATHAN A COPY OF THE TAX LIEN THE DAY I FOUND IT WAY BEFORE STEVEN WAS ARRESTED AND GAVE THEM A COPY!

This is a HUGE mistake.  The feds should have had their chance to stop this crime years ago.  Before Jeffrey even got involved.  Steven Frey was in jail for a year and a half but the feds were never given the chance to talk to him while he was in custody.  The police didn't shake hands with the IRS, the ball was dropped again.   On the one hand people keep forgetting that Officers Villegas and Daugherty threatened to have me arrested if I called them and told them anything else about Steven Frey again.  I am an informant for their police department. I told my team to talk to Bryan Anderson over and over again.  I reported to the IRS that the owed monies for the conviction that Steven Frey had were the proceeds of drug activity.  I could do no more with the threats that I received from the police department that I work for.  Don't you get it???  They threatened me!

The federal government had every right to this defendant and the information that he possesses.  They still do.  Steven knows whom is behind the GHB sales and whom put him in this debt.  The problem is that he didn't know the name of the girl until now.  If some police officer shows her picture and her true name and her brother, he can identify her.  Jackson Velin can too.   You see this is bumblefuck policing.  Here in the desert nobody understands how to communicate without Laurie getting involved.  You talk nicely to your informants without threatening them, protect them and they will do the job.  You threaten them and they don't like you.  It's a very simple procedure.  You put them in jail, they turn on you.  The smart ones set the police up.  This is how this investigation has had to go because we are the marginalized gay men that have no respect, but you see I'm the guy with loads of experience and lots of friends on the federal level that don't like people being pushed around and ignored.  To quote Chief Bryan Reyes, "You can say whatever you want about our police department," okay Chief, I think I will.  Your department is a mess.  You don't know what you are doing and you think that we don't know how to go about taking care of you.  We do.

The days of you doing what you want without gay men fighting back are over.  This is a new era.  An era of equal rights under the law.  I can do what no other gay man has ever done to your police department.  I can do what no other gay man has done for this community.  I have friends that you've never seen.  I'm not use to being treated like I don't know what I am doing either.  I am educated and respected by the federal judiciary and I am trusted no matter what Laurie has told you.  I am also good.  I am very good at what I do.  It may take me a while because I am one person, but I never give up.  Disappearing DNA reports and emails from police chiefs don't do very well in federal courtrooms.  Neither do broken skulls and intentional infections, especially when a police chief's attitude is "there's nothing more we can do for you."  That's not friendly at all.  That's not what a police chief should say to a victim of rape and it isn't what you say to a police informant with my kind of experience.  I didn't like it then and it makes my blood boil to this very day.

I have the kind of resources and connections to do a full investigation of this police department and their involvement with remote neural monitoring and their involvement with the Larson Justice Center's sentencing practices of the men that have been the victims of intentional infections and surveillance for nearly thirty years.  I am very familiar now with the practice of spying on the gay community and extorting monies from their families.  I know what is going on here.  I live it ever single day of my life.  I know who is behind this now.  I know who did this.  I know the victims and I know what this did to Palm Springs and the economy.  Furthermore I have enlisted some of Hollywood's most elite with this story so no matter what happens to me, this story will get out.  I've got all of this covered now.  I fear for my life everyday, but one thing I do not fear is that nobody is going to find out.  I know they will.  It's just a matter of time.

I've told you all this before and it bears repeating.   There is a sufficiently large black hole when it comes to the justice system here in the Coachella Valley.  I don't know if it stems from the District Attorney's Office.  I don't know if the Public Defender's Office is doing their job properly.  I know that the judiciary, at least on the administrative/arraignment level is crooked and not well versed.  I know that police officers aren't doing what they should be doing.  I know that there are sufficient holes in the review process of civilian complaints.  I know that the internal review process of complaints against police officers is insufficient...all across the board there are major problems.  There is a black hole.  It's, in short, a mess.

One thing that anyone with experience knows is that law and legal cases are a story.  They have to make sense.  Something happens, a crime is committed, there is an arrest, there is court, there is sentencing, there is jail, there is probation.  It flows.  If it doesn't flow in a manner that makes perfect sense then there is a problem.  In the Coachella Valley, there is absolutely no rhyme or reason to these cases.  Unless the police are absolutely clairvoyant, there is no way they are getting these arrests honestly.  It is impossible to look at someone walking out of a home before he gets into his vehicle and arrest him for possession before he enters his car that has drugs in it.  Technically, he doesn't possess the drugs and anyone on the street has had access to that vehicle, especially if it hasn't been locked.  Nick Andre has no more probable cause to arrest Jonathan Mendenhall and not search the entire vehicle than he does to make random searches of any car sitting on the street.  It is completely illegal.  How in the Hell does Nick Andre know how the drugs got there?  Did he see Jonathan put them there?  Did a phone call from someone tip him off?  Isn't it possible that a tip could have also been the person that put the drugs there?

You see the problem that I have with Nick's story is that he didn't even check the entire rest of Jonathan's truck.  He went straight to the drugs that he was told were there.  Jonathan didn't tell him they were there, they weren't his.  The whole rest of his truck was full of stolen items...Nick didn't search one other thing.  Why?  Wouldn't you think you found a gold mine if the first thing you found was drugs on your first look?  This is a set up.  To not search more says, "I know where to look because I was told where to look."  That's not detective work...that's follow the leader and that's why there is no "detective work" going on at the PSPD.   These cops are led to evidence, the evidence doesn't lead them.  There's no detecting to their work.  Laurie tells them everything.  That's because she puts it there...like Steven Frey's GHB.   I've seen GHB just show up at his home...I've seen it happen.  It didn't come from someone else like Laurie claims...it comes from her.   I've seen it show up when we would go somewhere and come back, I'll swear to it in a court of law.

You see, while Jonathan went to jail, Nick Andre got a promotion.  This is what we call, a problem.  When arrests become more important than justice, then we have something going on here that is economic.  Nick needs to make arrests to get promoted. Clearly that is a priority for advancement at the PSPD.   Rae Fernandez did that too until she got caught doing something for more arrests that was, um, controversial with straight people, not gays.  It was okay when she fucked with us, but when she started fucking with the straights, then she got caught.   The emphasis at the PSPD must be on arrests and not convictions though...because Laurie is always talking about "look at his arrests", but she doesn't ever say, "look at his convictions"....with me she's 0-7.  Seven arrests, no convictions.  That's a losing record.  Maybe the police should start looking at convictions, they'd make better cases.

What in the Hell is with the overcharges too?  Burglary?  Strong Armed Robbery?  Come on guys, the kinds of shit these cops allege are outrageous.  When you open a house with a key and set the alarm off and put the key back under the mat and re-lock the door, the best you can charge is breaking and entering, not burglary, there's no theft.  Strong armed robbery with no weapon, no co-conspirators, no money taken and a wallet left at the scene?  That's not a strong armed anything.  Do you police officers have any idea what you are supposed to to when you don't know what to charge?  You call a district attorney.  They tell you what to charge.  Police 101.  You don't say, "Hey Laurie, what do you thing I should charge?"  That's just fucking stupid.  Then you don't call the local news and say something even more stupid about it like, "A rape victim has mental issues and we aren't investigating his rape" or "An accused man is homeless and strong arm robbed a clothing store"  are you fucking idiots?  These are your police informants.  You're in the middle of looking like a police department that threatens police informants...and what you are doing is bad mouthing them on television?  Stupid to the nth degree.  These are prosecutable offenses....don't compound your bad reputation with worse behavior.

When police work becomes a competition for the few jobs available, then innocent marginalized minorities become the fodder for the police officers that are hungry for those positions.  Nick Andre sees the gay community as a viable option for easy arrests to pad his career.  Rae Fernandez, same thing.  This isn't your world to come into an make a career for yourself by arresting whomever Laurie doesn't like.  I don't like a few people in our community either, but I'm not about to do that.  I don't use an informant position to target people I don't like.  It is simply a tool to be used to target a crime.  The evidence led met to witnesses and suspects.  The evidence told me the story and the witnesses did too.  I don't even like some of the witnesses, but they are victims and they deserve their day too.  The point is that everyone fears the police in our community and the police talk to people whom have no idea what is going on.   I love Max Davila and his boyfriend as much as the next guy, we've been friends for twenty years since San Diego, but he isn't implanted.  He doesn't know what Laurie is like.

One thing that Max will tell you is that he and I have been friends for years.  He knows my history with the court and if he thinks about it, he's heard from Laurie and Brian bad mouthing me too.

Great guys, not so good at knowing about Lisa.  We all have friends though and if  they've been around long enough, they'd know someone she's done something too.  I am one of them.  Max loves me.  If he sees the pictures of our San Diego home that Laurie took pictures of and the pictures of him she took back then, then he will understand the severity of this situation.

What is really interesting about this whole situation is how little Laurie understands about my friendships that she's tried so hard to destroy.  I'm loyal.  I make up for the past that she's ruined even though she is responsible for the damage.  It's an odd sort of restitution that I make as an amends to people that have been hurt by her.  I feel oddly responsible for knowing her.  I know that I have nothing to do with her corruption or sickness, but there is this part of me that wants them to know that if I had known she'd spoken with any of them, I would have done something far tougher to stop her.  My family has a long history with Laurie.  She's always been this evil.  She's never been anyone that my friends should talk to.  She acts like she knows me, but what she knows about me isn't what she says.  She's a liar and most of the time, that's what comes through.  My friends know me better than her lies.  I never allow Laurie's lies to take over my state of mind.

Right now, Laurie is trying to plan some kind of way of keeping me from informing my family about what she's done.  I've got some information that I'm prepared to talk to them about that she doesn't want them to know.  You can bet she'll be on the rampage again, but I know that my sober credibility with them is unwaiverable.  For some reason, Laurie thinks that she can lie to them and get their confidence.  It use to work.  I'm not that person any longer.  I live here with them.  They see me every single day and know that my mind is working on something that is very important.  I'm the smartest person they know so when it comes from my mouth, they will listen.  Her usual bullshit won't work.  No matter how much she Aunt Sharon's them.

The simple fact of the matter is this.  I'm done playing the prodigal son.  I've been here long enough.  I'm a permanent fixture.  My credibility is re-established.  Now it's time for my intelligence to prove to them that I'm still the one that has the spot.  I've got more on the ball than some tweaker girl with a fantasy.  I've got a plan that will work.
