Her "personal belief system" was what got her the recognition that her fifteen minutes of fame cost all of us in the gay community, so why, now, should Kim Davis, be exempt from paying the legal fees for the $232,000 she cost the gay couples that beat the pants off of her in court. Both parties bore the burden of legal fees, and winner take all. There is no way that the couples that earned their marriage licenses in a court of law should have to pay for what her church and the republican party put them through.
I have an idea. Why not just have the church and the republicans pay these couples legal fees back and make the LGBTQ citizens exempt. There isn't anyone cheering her on now that there are costs involved is there? You see it's all good to shoot off your great big mouth when the cameras are rolling, but when the judgment of the court comes down and the cameras are off, the bills come in and nobody is writing that check for this woman now are they? She can afford to pay the bill...she just doesn't want to. If the gays had lost, you can guarantee that she would have forced them to pay the bill for her fees. Such a tiny little woman with a huge mouth...and a bigger chip on her shoulder. Is she still the clerk there?
