Crime Scene Linking: Will The "Missing" Rape DNA Report From The Dept. Of Justice Give Us More Than We Bargained For???

I was living in Hesperia when Laurie found out about the DNA results from my bloody clothing and the rape in September of 2007.  You would think that her entire world had come crashing down all around her.  I remember being outside at the home I was being tortured at thinking, "This is going to get very interesting!"  You could tell she was upset.  The results must have shown what we all know...allegedly...that she and her brother were involved in my sexual assault that morning.  It was June of 2008, late, or early July.

Though it took the police nearly eight months to get the clothing sent to the Department of Justice, it only took another four months to get the results back.  It was a lot longer before I was even aware that there was a report.  I remember both police officers Villegas and Daugherty calling me into the PSPD and telling me not to call their police department any longer about Steven Frey even though I had a restraining order against him for a death threat and I was an informant working on a case involving him.  I told these officers that information but they told me that if I called the police again that the Chief of Police was going to press charges against me.  I was dumbfounded.  Why would the police, whom were supposed to be investigating a rape, now warn me not to call them when the suspect, at that time, was Steven Frey?  It was strange.

Laurie has told people that there "was no rape that she KNEW it was a night of rough sex" which is a complete lie.  There was no sex, my skull was broken.  There isn't any sex that I know of that leaves your skull smashed into pieces.  It was a rape.

The police had two suspects in for questioning, but for some reason, years later, there was no report that had any DNA that could be compared to either of them.  All of the blood on the jeans was mine...even though I was infected with Hep C, tuberculosis, syphilis and HIV antibodies from that attack.  How could all the blood be mine if I was infected?  Bullshit.   I provided the police with YEARS of full panels of blood work from the Desert AIDS project before the rape and then afterwards that show when I was infected.  There was no doubt when it happened.   Add that with the broken skull and the enormous amount of bleeding...and the six arrests without convictions that followed, and you start to see that someone was covering up that rape for the rapists.  Perhaps it was the rapists themselves with access to the police computer system.

At any rate, we have Sgt. Mitch Spike, on the news telling people that a rape victim with a smashed skull, "has mental issues" and "isn't involved in a rape investigation", neither of which is good when you have a serial rapist in the area.  I have friends.  I have a community to be responsible to.  This had to be weighed before I did the interview.  I knew the police position before I taped the interview, I did it anyway because I know there are many men and women out there that are infected by this woman and are implanted with these devices.

So what did this report from the Department of Justice yield?  What I am assuming it yielded was what we know from other evidence.  Two suspects.  A male.  A female.  A brother.  A sister.  Female has HIV.  Unknown if male has it.  There is methamphetamine present in the blood.  There isn't a sedative or tranquilizer used to knock me out found.    The blood is primarily that of a female with other parts of DNA from a male possibly saliva or sperm, obviously male.  Perhaps the female didn't realize that gender can be traced through DNA in the blood or through genotyping of the HIV virus and wanted her brother to look like the rapist on purpose.  Maybe this has happened in the past and she's blamed her brother before?  I don't know.  Sperm in the blood would lead to a male rapist and lead you away from a female if you weren't looking.   Two separate but distinct DNA strands; close enough to be brother and sister, but not the same person, obviously.

So how is this important?  Well, we know that the brother and sister use lots of needles and are rather dirty when it comes to their hygiene. They leave lots of syringes wherever they go and they both smoke.  SO, if we have crime scenes where the pair have been or where one or the other has been, we can place them at the scenes of those crimes.  Sedona, Arizona, La Jolla, California (Christopher's rape), Palm Springs, California (LaPalme and Cathedral City), individual's homes, and other places....this avoids all of the aka's that the pair has used in the past and puts a fingerprints without names in places where they can not be changed.  This is a huge benefit to police officers looking for a brother and sister.  Not two people using multiple id's.

This is very important.  Now we need blood samples from the pair or from their family members.
