As many of you know, I have a lot of connections with the federal government and with the County of San Diego when it comes to the prosecution of crimes. My former job as a federal agent for the U.S. Justice Department afforded me many opportunities to make friends and relationships that gave me terrific credibility with prosecutors and district attorneys on both levels. While I was working for the U.S. Department of Justice, I was the victim of violence that can be attributed to this crime that can now be traced back to two suspects in the Palm Springs area and the crime of electronic harassment.
The evidence will show to these prosecutors a direct link to the crime of remote neural monitoring in both our districts and is a huge problem for both San Diego and Riverside counties. Fortunately for us the district attorney for San Diego County and the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California are both lesbians and active members of the LGBTQ communities. That is important when you have a crime that links our community with theirs and when we share crime scenes. Christopher Monti and I both have crime scenes that are in San Diego...that are linked to the Palm Springs area.
There is a great deal of interest between the Palm Springs Police Department and the San Diego Police Department to work with the district attorney and federal prosecutors for both the Southern and Western Districts of California. I have worked with several of these women in the past very closely. There is great interest with some members of my coalition to introduce members of my team that have first hand knowledge of this crime to prosecutors from San Diego to show them what they know from my time spent as an informant for the Palm Springs Police Department. It is my desire to use my title as informant to protect them as my employees. As an informant I employed members of my friends to go inside of this organization to gather information about this crime to present this information to prosecutors. I now have parents, operators, victims, other informants and family members that are interested in showing these people the hate crime committed against the LGBTQ community of Palm Springs and San Diego, California.
As a victim of this crime and a former federal employee, I am obligated to the safety of my former co-workers's safety and their understanding of this crime. Their confidentiality was compromised without my knowledge and that includes the judiciary and U.S. Attorneys. We can prove that illegal surveillance was conducted prior to a terrorist act at the very courthouse where I worked. Subsequently a pipe bomb was set off. I am also obligated to protect the City of Palm Springs and the police officer that I work for from retaliation from his own department for allowing me to conduct this investigation that goes deep within his own department. I am also hoping to provide the San Diego Police Department with a comprehensive idea about gang stalking and remote neural monitoring in their area of their own communities to District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis through my own team members that have done an excellent job of compiling names and numbers of people involved in this crime. They also have names and numbers of witnesses that are willing to help the prosecutor with their own local cases. This has been a long arduous labor of love for both counties...
