Now that I've seen phony bologna all made up for a funeral, it's time to hit the gym to make sure that my foundation is as solid as the truth. I'm not one to be surprised by the nerve of some people, but I'm also not one to be caught off guard. As you all know, I've taken off 35 lbs over the last few months at a new gym in town. I've spent a lot of time trying to get myself back into good physical condition. I would suggest to all of you that a solid body is the key to a solid mind.
One thing I miss about Christopher is his workout ethic. We both love going to the gym and helping each other out. Now he has a different body than mine and I'm happy about it. He tries to have a body more like me and I try to have one more like him. I have the middle morph body and he doesn't. If he doesn't eat and workout he gets skinny. If I don't, I get fat. Now that I've put on the weight that looks good, I have to take off the fat.
Watching the Olympics is a good way to get your blood flowing.
Take your time and lose weight or gain it slowly. Start with three or four days a week. Eat good food and drink lots of protein. Make sure that you aren't over or under doing it. If you have questions, check with your gym's experts.
I go about 5 times a week and always put in at least two miles of warm up, but remember I lifted very seriously for six years solid before I got lazy and gained weight. Muscle has lots of memory...and once you've dieted off the lbs, start slowly with light weight...size comes with effort. Healthy comes with repetition.
