Truer words were never spoken to our dear Little Miss Big Mouth.
It's really interesting that the reason Laurie gives as her need to hate me is, "he's just too nice to everyone." What that sounds like is some kind of anti-social behavior kind of attention needing person right? It is actually even less complicated than that. She's said this to the operators of this system because what I do is make friends with pretty much everyone I come into contact with. So when Laurie sends out one of her minions to try to hurt me or attack me physically or emotionally, they end up coming back to her and say, "Kevin's nothing like what you said, he's really nice!" That infuriates her...so the reason became, "he's just too nice", for her to stalk and hate me. That's really not something I have any control over. I'm not going to turn myself into an asshole just so Laurie can have higher self esteem or so I give someone a reason to hurt me physically. It's not a crime to be nice and it certainly isn't a reason for someone to try to hurt you.
Laurie's one of those, "depressed lesbians in black" that aren't ever happy with the world, beautiful people, popular anything or any man...I'm not going to stop being myself so she can express herself better. Lift yourself up Laurie, I'm not stooping to your depth to drag you up.
