Kudos to Dr. Phil, he finally got one right for the victims of electronic harassment. Too bad he's clueless as to the rest. Perhaps Oprah can clue his butt in before his profession allows another student on a campus to be shot at (um Phil, that was one that Oprah might help you out with) or another person at a Navy shipyard to be killed.
The sentiment is nice though Phil.
I would also add that not one bit of my self esteem is based on Lt. Bryan Reyes' department that treats a male victim of rape like he's a liar. If every time a male victim of rape with a broken skull and an ass bleeding like crazy reports a rape and is treated like he treated me, then he can expect a lot of attention from the gay community nationally. Laurie won't shut her fucking mouth and YOU are to blame.
