In case some of you weren't aware of some of the shenanigans that Laurie and the PSPD tried to pass off as "normal" when I was raped, I just thought I would catch you up on a few things.
Most of you know that not long after I sought the help of Sgt. Bryan Anderson for the problems that I was having at Steven Frey's home with Laurie and Brian LaAssholes, I was severely beaten and raped inside of Steven Frey's home. I tried to report the rape at the hospital, for which there are records and two MRI's. It is the responsibility of the PSPD to get copies of those MRI's which I reported to Officer Kelley Fieux nearly a month after I reported the crime to the emergency room at Desert Regional Memorial Hospital. Thanks to extensive dental work only my MRI's could be possible for the tremendous amount of skull fracturing that was found in the MRI's but strangely was not reported by the emergency room physician. We think it was because the ER doc was looking at an xray that was taken to the ER by someone wearing a lab coat that we now have in our evidence. Nevertheless, the police failed to get the MRI's that would have shown them the fracturing of my skull.
Now we have those as well.
The next thing was the bloody clothing that was submitted to Officer Fieux but was never looked at by this officer. Strangely enough he didn't take a look at the clothing that was submitted from the time of the rape. I had kept the evidence pristine by putting it in a paper bag. The jeans and underwear submitted showed an incredible amount of blood and other matter on the inside of the denim then on the underwear. It is important to note that on the morning of the rape I awoke naked, which is not normal for me. I put on the jeans first and immediately started to bleed from my anus all the way down both legs. Startled, I took off the jeans and put on the underwear and looked for other clothes to wear. This means that the most important blood is on the jeans then the underwear...that is the order I told Officer Fieux. I don't know why he didn't look at the clothing but he did mention that he was aware that I'd had MRI's at the hospital where I alerted the ER to the rape and attempted to have the police interview me; they never came or contacted me after that for one month. I was told by Bryan Anderson to contact the police and have them take my report at home. The ACLU letter explains how awful that experience was for me.
For six months the police did not submit the jeans and underwear for testing, which was really odd because the detective on the case, Browning, told me that unless there was DNA found on the clothes they would not contact the District Attorney. It was nearly seven months before the clothes were submitted. Nobody went to the crime scene. Nobody interviewed the two suspects that I was told were responsible for the rape by Laurie and Brian LaAsshole whom were pretending to be neighbors on this system. This detective did not get the MRI's, did not interview anyone, did not go to the crime scene, in fact he did nothing even when I submitted a threatening postcard and D.A.P. blood testing from way before and after the rape showing that I'd been infected with HEP C...the tests showed that I was exposed right during the time of the rape. NOTHING WAS DONE! The postcard showed my fact in terror being punched out by a man's fist in a picture that I did not pose for. All of this could have been investigated at the art gallery that was putting together this show. Nothing still.
It wasn't until I moved away to Hesperia that I heard Laurie screaming about how the DNA test results were in and they showed two other people besides myself included in the blood on those jeans. She was freaking out. Remember everyone, I wear a wire so when Laurie or Brian or Christian talk to me, everything is recorded by my team with my permission. I even went to PSPD headquarters and SAW THE REPORT! Once again, wearing a wire, Lt. Reyes told me, "You were right on the money" and "we're gonna get these guys". At that point he told me that both Peter DiMartino and Steven Frey were DNA tested and interviewed. The contents of those interviews are also recorded because they too are both wearing internal wires. When their DNA didn't match the bloody clothing something really weird happened...a second Dept of Justice report showed up and said that there was no other blood on the jeans but mine. HUH? How could there be enough DNA on them to test Peter and Steven and now there was NOTHING??? Impossible and really really suspicious.
Nevertheless, my team has the power to subpoena the results from the Department of Justice lab and the person that tested the clothing. We are looking for both report of these jeans and underwear on these clothes. What we are suspicious of is whether or not, using Officer Fernandez' or Officer Reyes' email that Laurie was able to secure a copy of the DNA report original and doctor it to say what she wanted. Obviously the lab has the originals that can't be fucked with. The jeans and underwear are my possessions and without any case being investigates as is indicated by Officer Mitch Spike on the news story to the right, I have the right to secure them as well and have them tested at our lab. DNA labs are made and broken by their accuracy...and I have a feeling that something really dirty happened to those clothes. They are mine and I have a right to them given the comments by Officer Spike on the news.
I don't think that Lt. Reyes understands that I am very serious about being raped and having my skull broken and being treated like I dreamed the whole thing up...when there are pictures and diseases coming from that rape. As a victim of the crime of sexual assault I should have had access to a district attorney right away and denial of that right by the police detective that did nothing is a HUGE mistake. When you see the amount of blood and the broken skull fractures you can see that the comments made by someone on the news story about "the police and hospitals are there for real rape victims" looms very very large. Someone is fucking with the evidence...and they are using photographs and comments online to harass me. This story isn't over by a long shot. When a police officer does a complete 180 degree turn on a victim, it isn't a good thing. I was viciously beaten and left without any medical attention...the police should be furious that nothing was done.
