To quote Laurie, "I'm a danger to myself" and "I can't stop myself..."
These are the words of a very confused and strange woman whom can't take care of herself or her brother, whom she thinks is her sister, father and mother half of the time. For his part, Brian can't seem to make it to the hospital for emergency care for his feet and the hospital is right across the highway from him. Neither seems to be capable of surviving without the illegal assistance of stealing from other people. I'm right down the road from them.
Perhaps it is time for the family to consider a 5150 hold on the two to see if either is mentally fit. It would seem that this restraining order in La Quinta is more than meets the eye when you consider the damage it could do to other people's lives. That shows a blatant disregard for her own family without having anything to do with me. "Danger" can come in many forms. A person could be in "danger" of losing their job, insurance, income and professional reputation if they didn't know about this crime. The County of Riverside is definitely in "danger" of being sued. The district attorney could be in "danger" of prosecutorial misconduct and malicious prosecution. The City of La Quinta could be in "danger" of civil rights violation on behalf of the LGBT community and myself and defamation of character as well as misconduct as to a confidential police informant. Punitive damages are huge for what has happened to me.
One thing that isn't in "danger" is Laurie's family from me. I am a huge supporter of pacifism and a peaceful non violent solution to every problem. My boyfriend has suffered tremendously because of the actions of the City, County and this petitioner. He is a Lutheran priest. We both believe in love and harmony. Nobody is in danger from us physically or violently.
Just looking out for the innocent as always.
