If you don't pay close attention to what Laurie has to say to you, she'll barge her way into your life in the most obtrusive way possible...and if you won't talk about it, she'll get away with it. (Anybody reminded of O.J. here?) Look everyone, I didn't have time to discuss this Laurie the first time I heard about her in years from my own police contact...I simply just don't have time for people that spread hate the way she does. I don't care whom she talks to about me and I don't care what she has to say...it's something that she cares about, not me.
I suggest this for anyone that is a victim of this crime of electronic harassment in Palm Springs..."get all the no's you can from the police"...which means file all of the complaints that you have against them so that you can use them against them later. You have to get the "no's" to prove the crime. If every single time a citizen files a complaint against an officer gets a "no", then you will see that policy of "police only review" questioned in court. We are working with abolishing that idea now...it has become abundantly clear that their system of review isn't working. It's never found on our side and if the Nichols filed one there...they probably would have been targeted by Laurie too. (Maybe they already were...who knows?)
I don't have time to listen to Laurie threaten me all day long today...I have other obligations to this project that mean so much more...I'd rather love the many people that love me than give a shit about the only two that hate me. I'll never change their minds anyways...time to use Iyanla's advice to everyone and "make a different decision".
