Whom amongst you hasn't heard Laurie spreading all kinds of rumors and lies about me over the years? According to Laurie I've been everything from a prostitute, to a heroin addict, to a thief, to a burglar, to a porn star to homeless...and so on and so forth. That's what she and her brother, Brian, say behind my back. The truth of whom I am is really nobody's business but mine and Christopher's. I will tell you this. When I returned to 29 Palms, where both Laurie and Brian and I are from, the backlash of decades of her lies was something that I had to deal with.
You have to understand a few things. I am a person. I am gay. I am as normal as normal is defined by you...I don't think that I'm any different than anyone else and I've made successes and mistakes. I've met Supreme Court Justices and Porn Producers, worked for drug dealers and federal court judges...it's been a life. From Sandra Day O'Conner, my personal favorite to Chi Chi Larue, another personal favorite I've run the gamut of interesting and kind people. That has really made Laurie jealous. Brian is jealous too. Their jealousy turned really ugly when they thought they could use HIV infection as a way to blackmail me into silence. They've done it to gay men in the Palm Springs area for years. The trippy part about it is the allegation that they are the people responsible for these infections and implantations...how else would they have known a person's status if it wasn't for their surveillance? If I were online saying that I was negative...and they saw it, then they would have thought that so it had to come from somewhere else. Since I don't do that...they could have known that I disclose my status...so that ruins their..."he's like we are" opinion.
One of the people that I've known is a guy that calls himself Auntie Bob...you can see his logo above. Because Laurie and Brian followed me all the time they knew that I am a friend of his...and surmised, somehow that I'd worked for him. I don't think that is any of their business, but then I found out about "Uncle Phil". Uncle Phil is the name that is used by either Laurie or Brian when they make porn, allegedly, and is a mock up of the "Auntie Bob" brand. Apparently this is something that Jonathan Mendenhall knew about when he communicated through his "Ass-trology Report" in Odyssey magazine about something he wanted to talk about when he said, "Uncle Phil's dildo", "Junior's Jockstrap" and "Bound and Gagged Billy"...
On one of "Auntie Bob's" many trips to San Diego, I saw him and Brian got the impression that I did something for him that would somehow make me a criminal or look bad. So I did some research. It would appear that someone that looks like me is in a film, but I can't tell...he's wearing a mask. I didn't see anything criminal in this...it looks like any other gay porn, minus any anal penetration...I'm sorry if that bothers people, but I am a person. I call it the way I see it. Like I said, I've known all kinds of men in that industry and have no problem saying so...Laurie and Brian thought that they'd spread the rumor that I was in this movie and somehow that I'd committed a crime if it was me. I've never mentioned it until I heard them talking about it, so they started this rumor. After some research here is what I surmised is their assertion of a crime...

| Does this look like a crime to you? Hardly a Spielberg production, but not illegal. Now I will give you that this is a handsome guy. And I understand how people could confuse me with being handsome...lol...but before Laurie makes some kind of bullshit allegation, I thought I'd show you what she thinks is blackmail material. Without saying a word...I am telling you this. I've read about this particular encounter from AB's own mouth...and he indicated that this model met him online where, as I've told you, I've never not disclosed anything but that I was positive. So before Laurie and Brian go so far as to tell you it is me, I can say his name isn't disclosed, he's wearing a mask and it was consensual according to Bob. Nuff said. Oh, btw, for you guys out there that are sticklers...there is no penetrated anal sex...it's a bj thing, I saw the video. It's no, "One Night in Paris", sorry Paris, that's a veiled compliment because I've not seen that particular film...and you know gay men and porn... This is important to this case: I can tell you this...Laurie is insanely jealous of me...so is Brian her brother. The mere thought that this COULD be me in this film would have set them both over the edge after 20 years of stalking me...I've checked the dates of production and three or so weeks after this was filmed....I ended up getting shot at downtown in San Diego. Mistaken identity? Jealousy because of what both thought was me? Me? Did this send Laurie and Brian over the edge? I know one thing for sure...they put Jonathan Mendenhall in jail simply because he wouldn't come home to their beck and call one night...what do you think something like this perceived to be me would do to Laurie the prude/whore? I can't even masturbate at home without Laurie flying into a rage and trying to stop me...this would have killed the old bitch!!!! She thinks of all of her victims as HER PROPERTY...and SO DOES BRIAN!!! A good friend once told me that shit like this happens...people are always trying to turn you into something other than whom you are...without saying his name he had nothing to be ashamed of and neither should any of you...as far as I can tell, the picture above is no more a crime than this picture below...(no Moneyballs shown out of respect)  To me, it would seem that the Palm Springs Police should spend more time with a picture like this...showing my face being punched out and sent to me as a victim of rape, when I am telling them it is me...I never posed for this...and it is a threat. What I am seeing above isn't a threat...it's porn. It wasn't sent to me in the mail and it doesn't depict violence against a rape victim...and as far as I can tell, it isn't me. The picture below, isn't masked, it isn't porn, it is a threat to me...I didn't know this picture even existed. So before the gung ho PSPD decides to waste their time unmasking the Lone Ranger, why not look into whom manufactured this picture below...a police informant getting his face punched out?  |
Apparently and allegedly, the trip to Sedona, Arizona, was called "On the Road with Uncle Phil"...a trip which allegedly included the use of porn making in the home that was occupied by Laurie and Brian while Anthony, Jonathan and I were on vacation. I've heard this mentioned a few times...and apparently there is a dildo involved. What I am concerned about is whom is involved in the Uncle Phil video. What you see above is, apparently consensual video making...but Uncle Phil's videos have, allegedly, not got the same consent. In fact, what I've been told is that the models in those videos are children, virgins and a woman that was a virgin...all unconscious. In the picture above, both men appeared to be wide awake and consenting...in Uncle Phil's case in Sedona...not so much.
What I am getting at are a number of things here...number one, just because I am friendly with Auntie Bob, doesn't imply that I've worked with him. I'm friendly with Chi Chi Larue and I've never worked for her. I'm friendly with Chad Hunt and I've never worked with him. What I'm telling you now is that friendship turned into some kind of weird sexual fantasy for both Laurie and Brian and into some kind of alleged porn production spoofing the "Auntie Bob" brand...because of my association with him...which I've never mentioned until now...which would show stalking since San Diego.
Number two...just because a person was made positive on purpose by someone does not give the intentional infector the right to follow that person around for decades to try to accuse them of being like the initial criminal. I am saying that for all the gay infected men in Palm Springs that have suffered needlessly under the blackmail and extortion techniques of these two individuals. HIV/AIDS is a manageable disease and I advocate that everyone get tested that's ever had sex...you can live. A disease is not something that anyone should have held over their head. Would you accuse a cancer patient of committing a crime? The difference is this...cancer is not an STD, mostly, but there are cancers that are...HPV for example is an STD that leads to cervical cancer in women. You don't see anyone going around saying, you gave me HPV and now I'm going to sue you?
The problem that we have here is this...in the case of electronic harassment victims...they are intentionally infected with the HIV virus strain that apparently is from a woman. If you are a gay man and you have never had sex with a woman, like myself, how could that NOT BE A CRIME of rape? The use of dirty needles is a personal responsibility...so there goes that argument. (I defy anyone to say that I've ever used a needle...ever!)
What I'm concerned with is this "Uncle Phil's Dildo" comment and what was Jonathan Mendenhall trying to say it's relationship to "Junior's Jockstrap" and "Bound and Gagged Billy" are? Isn't that worth finding out? "Billy" would imply a young man named Bill or William...was he in Sedona, Arizona too. Was he part of "On The Road with Uncle Phil" too? Isn't that what's worth looking into? If Billy was "bound and gagged" aren't we supposed to find out if that was consensual? Let's not concern ourselves with people having consensual sex...let's deal with the problem here.
I'm not about to become the HIV man that starts this...go out and find whom infected them and sue people guy...personal safety is everyone's responsibility, but when a virgin or a negative man is sought out for the purpose of transmitting the disease, then we have a crime. Sex, consensual sex, is not a crime...knocked out non consensual sex with an intentional infection is a crime.
I am worried that there are many victims of electronic harassment that have been blackmailed into silence for something that they shouldn't worry about. One terrific thing about this system is "intention" is easily discovered through your thoughts which are kept on this system in a transcript. My intentions with everyone I've ever had sexual encounters with WERE AND ARE NEVER TO INFECT ANYONE...AND I KNOW I HAVEN'T. Can Laurie and Brian make the same argument when people that have been infected don't even know them? Can the two of them make the connection that anything they've done is consensual when a chip is placed inside of a victim's head without them knowing it?
I've heard all the threats for years. If a victim of electronic harassment isn't coming forward because of what Laurie and Brian know about them...then you are not considering that they could never use it against you without admitting to a bigger crime and a rape shield law would prevent that from ever happening.
I am assuming that Auntie Bob and his models have some kind of confidentiality agreement, but at any rate, the picture above isn't a crime. What Uncle Phil does in his or her parody of Auntie Bob IS, allegedly, a crime.
My point being made, I hope the Palm Springs Police understand that people are people...knowing the difference between an intentional infection and knocked out rape is a far cry from gay porn where two consenting adults participate in the filming of an encounter. Using a person's past to blackmail them into silence is a far greater crime than making porn. Not that I ever have.
My love to Christopher, my friend Auntie Bob, a terrific guy and to anyone that has been silenced by Laurie and Brian's threats to use their sexual past against them. HIV/AIDS and Hep C are manageable diseases now...let's not get into the finger pointing about something that can be prevented...let's deal with intentional infections from knock out rapes!!!
So in summation, if you are a victim of electronic harassment you are shielded from any of your sexual past being used against you in a court of law...especially the information gained from it. Don't be afraid of your past...if you have one and don't we all...embrace yourself with love. Nobody is ever going to respect you more than I do for being honest. To protect yourself you should come forward...that's how the R.S.L. covers you! In 46 years nobody has ever accused me of intentionally infecting them or rape...but Laurie and Brian have tried to contact them to do so...it just isn't there.
Without admitting a darn thing, I won't be shamed into blackmail by two prudish jealous siblings...and neither should you.
What I should caution police and other victims about is this. You all know that modern phone technology allows for digital videos to be shot through your camera phones, right? Those can be uploaded and they can be filmed through the Verizon wireless system. Your eyes and ears are the cameras for this system...you know that's true if Laurie's ever told you that she's seen something or needs to "check her notes". This also means this...your private home sexual experiences can also be recorded simply by putting a camera looking at the computer screen and pressing record. I was told that Laurie and Brian were going to take my own (non consented to be recorded) sexual experiences and sell them. Let me be very clear....when I say nonconsensual I mean that the sexual experience was consensual, but the filming of it from Laurie's home was not!!! So now how many cops out there want to be shamed by their own home movies? Pictures? Do you see what I am getting at here? Brian must have told me a thousand times that he was selling my own personal experiences for profit...that's the truth. On the "black market" no less.
I am far more concerned for the wives and children of these cops than I am for the cops themselves...the spouses and children had no idea that this was being done...it's hideous. No matter what Laurie and Brian tell you...cop sex is their very favorite thing to watch and think about. After that comes children. So before anyone concerns themselves with whether or not I'm involved with a pornographic film...shouldn't we be more concerned with the privacy of the public? Let's get on the same page. Don't victimize the victims...let the criminals pay for their crimes. Since these "films" appear on stolen computers in god knows how many people's homes...they could be leaked to the press or a porn company at any time. That's the crime here...I don't advocate anyone doing this out of sheer decency.
I probably should say that I don't think I own anyone an apology for what might or might not be me...it's like a straight man going bonkers over not being gay. Go too far and you offend the gays, don't go far enough and people will think you are gay...neither is a crime...both are unacceptable in a world where people are just people. If I have offended anyone or their families by posting this, my apologies for that...but I am not ashamed of being a victim of this crime or an informant about it.
