Tonight, I'm going to explore what you aren't going to read in the newspapers and online...the dirty side of what these three police officers did to the store owners of the Pawn Shop front for a PSPD meth store...there are really only two questions that need be answered.
Who got the money for the meth....and was it turned into the police?
How much meth was utilized, whom authorized it, and how much was put back?
You see, I'm thinking that the timing of Laurie's departure, Steven Frey's burglary and the set up of this Cop Shop....is incredibly close to the timing of the first lab report for the DNA on my jeans...and the set up of the meth house out here where I live.
You see up until this time, gay men were the main arrests of Rae Fernandez...whom utilized Laurie's Remote Neural Monitoring...but when she and her brother might get in trouble for the rape, they were shunned....so then Rae had to pad her arrest record, which would have declined significantly after Laurie was out of the area....allegedly. What you will then see with her is a dip in productivity in drug arrests and that would look suspicious...so then these three cops set up a meth sales Pawn Shop....so that their arrests wouldn't decline. You don't see them busting as many dealers, just patron addicts. Rae then allegedly goes from arresting almost only gay men...to only heterosexuals or gay customers of the pawn shop...some of which may have been pawning items stolen by Laurie and her brother. So the real question is this...who got the money for the meth?
If the shop owners got it, then they were selling drugs for the police whom used them as "informants" for entrapment. If the cops didn't turn in the money for the meth and took it from the shop owners...200 arrests or more times $100 a bag, would yield $20,000 over time...so not only should the cops have returned all of the borrowed meth...they should have returned the sale price of the drugs....if there isn't a money surplus...someone should be searching through the cops' homes for purchases. Remember people, cops don't make a lot of money...supplementing their income with meth sales from their property room isn't unheard of.
Either way it is illegal as Hell to do this to these Pawn Shop owners...then shake them down with search warrants.
The PSPD would like to distance themselves from these owners, but they can't. By the way, why didn't the CVNTF (Coachella Valley Narcotics Task Force) supervise this? Sanction this? I'll tell you now it is to target meth addicts not suppliers...and that's whom they busted in a public mall of all places...that's just endangering the public that they are sworn to protect and serve....how completely unprofessional!!!!
Rae, you broke Laurie's #1 rule...don't you know?
NOBODY SELLS DRUGS IN PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA BUT LISA....IF YOU STEP ON HER TERRITORY, SHE WILL HAVE YOU REMOVED....EVERY GAY MAN KNOWS THAT OLD GIRL RULE!!!
This is just theory, not fact, and these are just suppose/if allegations, but let's face it...whether the cops got the money or the store owners did...a crime was committed her by cops....
So why didn't Rae have them film "COPS" at this place? Because it was undercover? Then the pawn shop owners were used then discarded just like they claim!!!
