There is so much to be said about the courageousness of the story line I worked on yesterday that appears on the blog header today that I can barely slow my fingers from typing over themselves. Part of me wants to scream from the top of my lungs, "YES, YES!!! THAT'S WHAT IT'S LIKE...THAT'S WHAT IT'S LIKE!!!" There is another part of me that knows that Mike and Mindy Nichols only know the very thinnest layer of how corrupt Rae Fernandez and other police officers are at that department...and the Nichols know a whole lot about how dirty they play. They have no idea just how sinister this department is when it comes to entrapping innocent people...they do it all the time, but what they don't know is just how often they've done it in favor of the criminals.
This police department actually creates the crimes that they act like they solve then receive monies and promotions based on arrests that are more staged theater than actual law enforcement. We've got more acting going on at an arrest scene in Palm Springs than an off Broadway production of "Pippin". The case of Mike and Mindy in the Central District of California, Los Angeles, is exactly what I promised would happen with these cops...and now you can see that what I saw from my world is exactly what other people see too. We have the dirtiest police department in the State of California, autonomous and without any kind of review that ever favors members of the public. A police department without an internal affairs department is worthless...autonomous and supremely positioned to fuck over anyone that they see as a problem.
Mike and Mindy have the best actress in a starring role in Rae Fernandez, a "COPS" regular that seems to love the camera as much as she loves to use her badge in a surly and uncolorful way. The woman that Laurie calls her "Sister Friend" and "favorite" is now going to find out just how much fun a starring role is, when you are the villain or at least one of them.
It's no secret that I've had my run ins with Ms. Dallas/Fernandez...she's always condescending, blithe, flat and dare I say, less than intelligent when it comes to her starring role in my drama. She's even seen fit to try humor when it comes to arresting innocent gay men...like when she tells you to "run, run" in front of a police canine officer. She's not very smart. Most of you probably don't know that for a short stint she was the "property detective" for the PSPD, what a total farce. Having this fox watching the hen house is about as intelligent as putting Jeff Dahmer in charge of the lunch menu. Okay so maybe that's an exaggeration, but this is the same police officer that is Laurie's best friend...how dirty does this woman get?
I'm just wondering how many of my stolen belongings were put in that pawn shop where meth was sold so that her dear Laurie could make money off of the objects she stole from me for drugs; which wouldn't have happened if the police hadn't arrested me and left my home open for her to rob?
Here's the thing folks, if confidential police informants have to go public because it is safer for them to tell everyone that they did this for the police than it is for people to find out because the police are telling the criminals, then you know you have a seriously huge problem with the cops. It's no secret that Laurie and Brian La Tweek tipped off Steven Frey the day that we did our informant work...but they also tipped off Sgt. Anderson and lied about it. The fucking cops are working for the criminals...it's no secret in Palm Springs...it's the fact. Just look how long Steven Frey dealt drugs one block from the PSPD headquarters which is also one block from St. Theresa's Elementary school and two blocks from Palm Springs High School. Did you see all the favors they granted to him before they used him up and threw him in jail??? Tons!!!!
The cops let someone rape me in his home without ever visiting that residence, they let him get away with a "death threat" to me when I did the informant work, they refused to arrest him when a warrant was issued, they ignored a restraining order that I had to get issued myself because my police contact wouldn't help, they completely ignored a half a million dollars in debt owed to the federal government by the subject of our investigation, they ignored countless aliases used by him and his sister, they sent in a cop to a restraining order hearing to protect a woman living in his sister's apartment and when I saw that a post office box bearing his name showed up out where I live, just after moving here...the fucking cops had the nerve to call me into their department to threaten me with arrest for telling them that I was afraid for my life. Those bastards...used and then discarded both Christopher and myself. Then they went farther...they ignored this woman stalking me for them...with emails, with pictures, with threatening postcards, with flyers...as another way to intimidate me.
Do any of you think I don't believe Michael and Mindy? I know they are telling the truth because I've been there. I've been in the jail cell without any drugs in my system...five or six times...I've had the spit hood on...I've been confronted in my home...I've been arrested for crying on the damn street. Then they went after Christopher...on a tip...from my dead cat.
This department has a history of hurting people. Destroying them. All the while, they get promotions and raises...without so much as a blink of an eye as to what they did to get there. They stomp on innocent gay men and women to further their agenda using the most horrific of tactics...sitting and lying in wait. How hideous this situation has gotten. How horrific it is to live in that city of crime where a culture of fear has taken over. It's not Palm Springs...it's a damn concentration camp...Steven Frey was 100% correct when he told me that.
When it comes to this police department and intimidation they are autonomous. They think they live in a vacuum where nobody ever dare say anything about them. I've been warned. Fuck them. If they think for a single moment that I'm going to let them get away with using me and Christopher as their eyes and ears and then turn us into "mental issues" and a "homeless man" they are crazier than Laurie herself. We are both far too educated and smart to allow ourselves to be portrayed in any other light than a former U.S. Justice Department employee and a Lutheran Priest. We are the kind of people that you don't fuck with. We have friends that oversee this kind of civil rights violations and they aren't impressed with this kind of policing. Throwing us away like garbage after what we did for them is a farce...they allowed drugs to flow into our community for the sake of making themselves look good...and stereotyping their agenda with "gay drugs and sex". It's hideous.
Right now I could easily have Jonathan Mendenhall, Anthony Dabiere, Christopher Monti and myself in front of the Geragos legal team and we can obliterate the problems with this police department. We could do it in one day. We don't have to play around any longer with fear...but that is what we live with every single day. The fear of knowing that while we prepare someone at that police department would like to see us all gone. Writing about it makes us safer. Talking about it gives support. Telling you about it is my job. I want to be very clear here, at no time in our investigation have my friends ever been safer and in more danger. If the police think that they are going to arrest any of us under the same kinds of bullshit circumstances that they did with the Nichols...they are in for a huge surprise. Those kinds of bullying tactics are what this project loves the most...poor policing and poor investigation.
The evidence of the PSPD's crimes isn't sitting in a home in Cat City or Palm Springs, we've put it in Michigan, in New York, in various places in California, on the web, ready to show it before we are ready to go to court if necessary...we aren't playing for the win, we're playing for our futures...and we don't make mistakes. With one click of a button, we can put a site up that shows, without a single doubt, what these cops have done...arrest Anthony and click, there goes the whole remote neural system. Arrest Christopher or myself and click, there are those conversations between police and Laurie clear as day. Arrest Jonathan and click, here are all the pictures we ever could find of illegal activity involving the police...you see while the cops thought Laurie was bullying us around, we've been working...hard...very hard.
You see if anyone thinks they are going to intimidate us ever again...we can have someone far away click one button and the police are screwed. We've lived with this kind of intimidation for nearly a decade...so telling you this is my way of informing all of you that this crime of electronic harassment is just a click of the mouse away from being exposed...completely legal and very smart. My job is to inform...so I am informing...
I've already contacted the Geragos attorney...and I'm sure somewhere remote neural monitoring, the true name of Lisa and a whole lot of questions are going to be asked...we also have a former police officer, implanted with one of these devices, ready to do what it takes to expose this crime. There simply is no way that the PSPD is going to get away with hurting us ever again...so while the federal court gets it's first look at Rae Fernandez, I am positive it won't be their last...her answers now might just prove her to be the dirty cop that she looks like to all of us, later. If I were Officer Fernandez, I would think about my answers very carefully...you know Laurie's watching every word...and my team is watching her.
Finally to those of you that think that I was stupid for coming forward as a confidential informant...you need to realize something very crucial here...the police did that long before we ever did...they allowed Laurie into their department and her big mouth was all over the place long before this or any other blog told you what we did for them..."coming out" as you can see from the Nichols' case, is essential to our survival...Laurie herself wrote that she could make me disappear...was hired to do so...and still no police action against her. Clearly coming forward was the right thing to do, it was the only way to stay alive in a law enforcement system that seeks to hurt us for knowing too much about their dirty tactics....just ask Christopher after his year and a half in jail...or Steven after his year and a half...
This police department uses us like toilet paper for their white asses...but occasionally you can see what happens when you go around their system and get to the right people. I've been getting to the right people now for years...the next scene of this play is going to be different than Rae Fernandez' last on on "COPS"...the next scene we get our chance to show bias and dirt...we've got it all.
