Can you believe that the Palm Springs Police Department would use confidential informants then treat them like dirt? I've only been telling you all this for YEARS AND YEARS....

See, I told you this department fucks their police informants...now there's another one out there saying the same thing...I have already written the owners of this pawn shop to lend my support to the claim that the Palm Springs Police Department did the same things to us...using some of the same officers. Officers cited as defendants in this case are alleged to be some of Laurie's "Special Forces Unit" and equipped with Remote Neural Monitoring devices...Officer Rae Fernandez, Officer Guillermo Fernandez (hubby and wife?) and Officer Matt Beard...shit, all they had to do was add Nick Andre and Bryan Anderson and they could have all been talked to by Laurie before they went in to testify...such bullshit from such a bullshit police department. The nerve this department has to have such blatant disregard for honest citizens.
The only surprise to me is that they aren't gay men plaintiffs.
This department can expect me to be contacting the City Attorney and the attorneys for the plaintiffs in this case to lend our support against the officers named in their complaint.
Christopher was jailed illegally for a year and a half after officer put him in a home, against his will, to do under cover work that he did not want to do. This is the same position that Sgt. Anderson has put my family in with the informant work that I did for his department. At no time has any police officer done anything to protect Christopher or myself from the criminals involved in the case we investigated...which included death threats, threats from emails, threats posted on post cards and on my door.
Sgt. Anderson refuses to investigate his "four year" girlfriend whom I was told is directly involved in the case we investigated for him. I live in constant fear of leaving my own home just like the plaintiffs in this case!!!
With the actions and non actions taken by Lt. Rey-asshole and others, I would be more than happy to lend a hand to anyone that was once a confidential informant for this police department that they turned on and fucked over. I know the feeling very very well.
With Fernandez and Fernandez on the case, one can only surmise where all the meth went to....hmmm...maybe to the girl that steals everything then pawns it? Perhaps!!!

I have already put in a call to the attorney for Geragos & Geragos whom is representing the plaintiffs and here is his number for any parent of this coalition that would like to give him a call. Oops Rae, I may have mentioned your department's policy of using remote neural monitoring....it may have slipped. Mark Geragos is not a stupid man...I'm sure he'd love to know all about it.
I would encourage Christopher to call this guy and tell him his story too...Mrs. Monti, you too.
