"Santa Arrested in Sting Operation"

Christmas header brings up real life crisis information for the family of Michael and Mindy Nichols.  After receiving some emails that were faked by Laurie to make her look like Mindy Nichols, my team is now concerned for the safety of the plaintiffs in the case versus the City of Palm Springs in the federal case.

Clearly receiving the email from Mindy Nichols before I'd ever heard of the federal lawsuit shows that Laurie has a working knowledge of what that crime is about.  It shows that she's involved in what Officer Rae Fernandez is dealing with and is offering her help.  That means that anything that the police officers know about this operation gained from the "undercover work" is known by Laurie.  Contact numbers, emails, email addresses for the subjects that the police wanted Mike and Mindy to look at are now known by America's biggest mouth.

I can tell you from first hand experience that this kind of information gained through Rae Fernandez RFID chip is well known throughout the meth trade in Palm Springs, thanks to Laurie's system of surveillance.  This kind of information is now easily passed on to the criminals whom now may be going after the Nichols' family.  This is why the PSPD should never have trusted Laurie and Brian LaTweek.  This makes everything unknown and dangerous for the Nichols' family.  The police have now passed on information from a secret investigation to the criminal network that runs this system.

Now the police have hurt the Nichols' family in another way...on purpose or unwillingly?  Who knows.  I do know one thing...in the case of Christopher and Kevin, the police made a knowing and intelligent decision to allow this woman to stalk me without ever doing anything to help their own informants.  What is my team doing to allow the Geragos' attorney to obtain the information he needs to get this on Rae Fernandez' record???

At this point the police should be considering placing all three officers on suspension to keep them from involving themselves in any further investigations.  It isn't safe for the rest of us...whether these three officers wanted this to happen or not, we are the innocent people that are now having to deal with their mistake.
