The threats upon my life started way before these blogs came into existence and long before the choice to go public about being a confidential police informant was done. There was the rape, the postcard with my face being punched out, the many arrests without convictions, the Kelly Fieux interview and hundreds of other things.
What you will see today are more threats to my safety and the safety of my family and there is one woman whom has privately threatened even my sister on the phone. She called my sister and told her, pretending to be nobody but herself, that being an informant "in this way was dangerous to her children". That is a quote.
Now, years later, this same woman has been shown to have followed me all over the place, filed court documents that flat out lie and has received the kind of treatment that only Lisa gets from the PSPD.
It is now time to protect the civil rights of Christopher Monti and myself the way the PSPD should have done from the beginning. This situation is crazy, but the threats are many...and I think we can prove that they all came from one person...in the meantime, shouldn't Christopher and I be kept safe?
In light of the Nichols' case with the City of Palm Springs looming, Christopher and I actually have a written agreement with the PSPD for Confidential informant work so there is no doubt that we did the work and that we ARE informants. Yes, Rae, we actually came in together and Christopher filled out a form when we became informants...no way that didn't happen.
