My original understanding of this crime, as the facts will show, is that the Palm Springs Police Department was using Remote Neural Monitoring to allow one drug dealer, Steven Frey, to sell drugs into the community where one woman, Laurie, would then use this technology to track those sales and tell the police whom to arrest. This is something that Sgt. Anderson will tell you I asked him about in my initial interview with him at his own home with my parents present.
The interview was actually set up by my parents to be some kind of "police intervention" with our friend, Sgt. Anderson. While everyone there thought they were counseling me about drugs and all the mishaps could happen if I continued down that road...I was using that session to find out just what he knew and what he would tell me. What he did give me during that session was the true name of Laurie and his belief that his department would never do such a thing. What I came away with was a dual understanding that he didn't know what Laurie was really up to and that he knew whom was behind Remote Neural Monitoring with his department.
At that interview, Sgt. Anderson did something that I have become use to...Laurie telling him to recount a story from my past and using it as her own. That means that he knew whom she was and to me, meant that she was trying to find out what I would say about her. I said nothing, I know better. Sgt. Anderson asked if I wanted to be a "confidential informant" at that meeting demonstrating that he believed that I knew drugs were being sold from that home...knowing that Laurie was prompting him with stories...I said, "I will think about it." Saying yes, at that point, would have proven fruitless and dangerous...for police and myself.
Weeks later I would be sexually assaulted in the home where I suspected police were using Steven Frey as their entrapment drug dealer. The problem with all of this scenario is that nobody knows everything...but I did. I saw the drugs, I saw how the police behaved, I heard Laurie and her brother Brian constantly, then I had to live through all of the civil rights violations.
Steven knew that the police were protecting him at the time...calling his living situation near the police headquarters, "a concentration camp". He was constantly being pulled over while out and about...I even have one cop telling myself and my parents, "we pulled Steven Frey over the other night, out 'doing his thing'"...like this was some kind of job they were allowing. Basically my understanding was that Steven would sell the drugs and Laurie would turn the drug addict in by having a cop waiting out on the street for them. Jonathan Mendenhall is a good example of this happening, but there are many others.
The problem that the police have in this crime is several levels...waiting outside of a home that has no investigation, repeating the very words that we hear in our heads before a police officer repeats them in front of us, Laurie doesn't know any of us and has now gone on the record in a court pleading with that and she says that she knows no police officers except Bryan Anderson whom she claims to have had a "four year relationship" with. Problems, problems, problems....
I don't know how Sgt. Anderson could ever support this woman's claim that she knows nothing about me...when she sat there telling him to related a story of my own life to me, substituting herself for me....in front of my parents. This woman says she doesn't know anything about me...but she's telling him when I got arrested...and stories about me for years. This "four year relationship" is a good piece of evidence for my lawyers.
From the time of the sexual violent attack at Steven Frey's home, Sgt. Anderson continued to give me good advice as to reporting the crime...
What ensued from the day after that report was five or six arrests without convictions as a way of warning me that I was getting way too close to the PSPD's dirty little secret.
In the next part I will show you why the use of the name "MollyBondhus(band)" clearly shows that Christopher Monti, my partner, wasn't arrested for a crime, he was arrested for knowing too much and as a warning to me.
Molly Bond is the cat that I owned for twenty years and was catnapped by Laurie and Brian while I was living in Warm Sands...Brian LaTweek has a long history with my cat...in San Diego he let her out of my apartment down town in the middle of the city...then he came to my apartment in Warm Sands and stole her....resulting in a ticket and arrest while I was walking to the PSPD crying. Officer Flinn arrested me before I could get to the PSPD and had another warning for me from Steven Frey, "That guy over there doesn't want you around his property," Officer Flinn told me.
Then I was arrested for crying about my cat...the PSPD headquarters was located so close to Steven's home I had to go near there.
It is my understanding that Laurie and Brian have photographs with my cat when they stole her. The pair are famous for stealing pets as "blackmail" for silence. Steven's cats both went missing and Missy's dog also went missing. I've had two Rottweilers let loose on this property and both are now dead. Pets are always a target for Laurie to use...she's extremely jealous.
For the police to have arrested Christopher Monti, my boyfriend, on a tip from someone calling herself Molly Bond hus(band) is a clear warning from the police to me that being Christopher's boyfriend is NOT SOMETHING THEY WANT. Fuck you...Christopher was set up on this arrest and the use of that name is proof positive that this set up was motivated by the PSPD's hatred for Christopher and myself through Laurie!!!
The use of this informant's misinformation and the name "Molly Bondhus(band)" was a clear threat to me from the PSPD and Laurie that if I don't stop informing that I could be arrested for absolutely nothing again.
You can see from Laurie Johnson's email to me that she clearly thinks that she can use the police to have "mental issues" falsely accused as a judgment against me...illegally and against my civil rights. You also see that in the comments made by Mitch Spike saying that I, a victim of a sexual assault, have "mental issues". This guy has never met me, doesn't know me...and went on the news to say that about me.
These are all civil rights violations by this department against a confidential informant for their department that got too close to the answers!!!
Here's what the police don't know that Laurie and my team do know!!! All of my friends are on email alerts, which means if they make the news, Anthony Dabiere, Christopher Monti, Jonathan Mendenhall and others...I get an automatic email about it. When Christopher Monti was arrested, I received an email about it which is how I found out about it and Molly Bond (hus)...Laurie knew this would happen...that's why she wrote what she did as Molly Bond (hus) the only eyewitness to the crime Christopher was accused of...and she lied about his clothing for impact!!!
To have the warning to me established Laurie then has the PSPD officer tell the public affairs officer to put this on the news....slandering Christopher's name and civil rights...and sending me the email alert. You see, at this point the police had already arrested me many times without convictions...and this arrest was to serve as another warning to me and Christopher as informants.
Then there's the matter of that restraining order that Laurie approached everyone at the PSPD that is involved with this crime and eventually had issued through the City of La Quinta...but served on the PSPD. You see this essentially tied my hands. The admission that Bryan Anderson was her boyfriend and amicable, showed that the two were friends...that meant I couldn't contact him about her...otherwise I would be in violation of the restraining order....so hands tied and gagged...Laurie went ahead with the plan to have my boyfriend (mollybond's husband) arrested....that also violates the restraining order and our civil rights. See how liable the City of La Quinta and City of Palm Springs are for civil rights violation by not looking into these false claims by the witness??? It damaged us big time!!!
Now, I don't know whom arrested Christopher, but whomever it was better hope that they aren't one of the three accused in the Nichols case.
