Want proof? Sure...just ask Officers Villegas and Dougherty how they got my father's phone number and mine on the day that they wanted to shake me down in the PSPD interview room. My father's phone number is unlisted and mine was brand new and unlisted yet these two officers managed to know when I was in town (I was living in Hesperia at the time) and to tell me to come in to be interviewed as an informant, a victim of a death threat, the owner of a restraining order against Steven Frey and a warrant for his arrest. How could they know anything about where I was unless Laurie told them??? I am sure they knew where I was staying in Palm Springs too...when I was only in town for the night.
She followed me to Sedona, Arizona and officers were told that she was going there.
She tells people that she "works for the PSPD" and is part of their "Special Forces Unit" for which there are officers who's RFID numbers match numbers found in her residence.
They know a description of my car, it's license plate number, color make and model...none of which has ever been on this blog.
These are all violations of my civil rights...and there are thousands of others. This department not only violates the civil rights of their informants, some of these officers actually support it.
This whole situation is a violation of my civil rights...look at all those arrests without convictions where I am accused of being on drugs with phone calls to police from people other than those at the crime scene...it shows a pattern of stalking. That's why I believe these plaintiffs in the Nichols case, because Rae Fernandez has shown up in places to confront me on my own case of informant work with Steven Frey...she even asked me about him.
Further more the petitioner for the City of La Quinta not only serves the complaint at my parents home, she also has it served on my sister's former residence...I'm sure she's told officers where I work, whom I work for...and so forth. Look at the letter I got from "Dave", Mrs. Monti's "friend", it was addressed to my home that nobody knew about, but the person that the PSPD uses to stalk informants. It's clear...it's not convoluted...she's is a stalker...and a major liar. With the PSPD's problems with informants and their civil rights being violated, you would think that Laurie would be first on their list of people to stop.
Here's another thing...you know the videos you've seen featured on this blog. They were all shot with a Flip Video camera that I bought specifically for this project. There were videos on that camera of my family playing volleyball, my friends at 40th birthday party, but more specifically there was evidence on that camera shot at Jonathan's home and other location that were downloaded to my computer before Laurie stole the camera and took it to Sedona, Arizona, where it was recovered by my team. The camera was purchased for the sole purpose of videotaping evidence...you see it videotaping restraining order 911 calls, the Villegas/Dougherty interview, inside of Jonathan's home and the plexiglass with a map to a home in La Jolla...if there is any doubt that it was stolen to take evidence from my investigation. The camera has a Spider Man Leash attached to it, it is registered from the date of purchase at Best Buy in Hesperia and has my name written on it in Sharpie. I have the original box it came in...so Laurie is lying if she says she didn't steal it from me.
This is a clear case of civil rights violations.
