Laurie's "Topsy Turvy" World of Mortgage Fraud: Practice "Upside Down" Laurie, It Makes More Sense To Loan Officers

Wouldn't you be upset if someone tried to refinance your mortgage for your home if you were upside down on your bank loan?  Well, one of the problems that people in West Texas experienced, due to telemortgaging, was that operators of this system were stealing the identities of the victims of this crime and started refinancing homes owned by the victims and stealing the money....is that what Laurie was doing here?

Laurie calls it "Topsy Turvy" but what she really is talking about is when a home owner has more money owed to the bank on an original loan than they had equity into the home...they own more money to the bank than they have in the home...that's called an upside down home mortgage....Laurie calls it Topsy Turvy....and she preys on these kinds of refinancing situations.

When you look at the home lived in by Jackson Velin on Arden Drive in Cathedral City...you can see that it wasn't in his name during the period that he lived there and that it was refinanced under Steven Frey's name for a new amount.  Why would Steven Frey, whom owes at least a half million dollars in back taxes carry a loan on a home that he doesn't own or live in.  I know that Jackson doesn't pay Steven rent and that the refinancing came years after Jackson living there.  This happens when a third party seeks to refinance the home so that they can lower their payments and get a substantial cash payment upfront for "repairs" or "additions" to the home.

The money gained from the refinance...is then stolen by whomever refied the home and the new loan is in someone else/s name...the home owner.  In this case, at least at the time of the refinance, it was Steven Frey...and he did not live there!

This is how truly stupid the operators of the Remote Neural Networks are...true, you can make money stealing, flipping and defrauding banks out of money using stolen identities...I don't recommend it.  The REAL money comes from turning these people that do this in.  The government LOVES to pay whistleblowers of these schemes...I've already found my fake mortgages...now you need to realize that the true money comes from finding these other Lisa's and turning them in....no crime in that...and the rewards are astronomically better!!!  Often times you get paid back in the total amount of the whole loan and all you did was find paperwork associated with these fraudulent loans...nothing illegal about that!!! The government just loves it.
