Does How Laurie Saved A Computer File Show More Than Just A File??? Can It Prove Intent or A Crime???

Word from our team is that Laurie has spent considerable time in her trophy case.  When I say trophy case, what I mean is her computer...where it is alleged she has kept many files containing both pictures and films of the victims of the crime of electronic harassment.  Assuming that this is all true, my question for lawyers is this.  Andrew Luster was convicted of 80 counts of rape under the special circumstance that he drugged and raped women on the tapes which he kept in his home.

If Andrew Luster stored those videos on his computer and named them something like "Snuff Film" because in the film he not only raped these women but intentionally infected them with the HIV virus and other STD's, would that prove an intentional murder plot?

I know that having these files or pictures or films would definitely prove, in court, a sexual rape...the content of the film would likely show drugging or a drugged victim, which I am sure Laurie would call "role play", but does the way the files were saved, the name it was given, show something even more sinister that can be shown in court.

For example if a file was saved as "blackmail" does that prove a further crime?  If it was saved as "porn movie" and Anthony Dabiere was approached to market these films which he reported to the police...does that show intent to distribute?  If the file was saved as "Lauries Favorites" does that prove that she has responsibility to them as the producer of that film?  It has been suggested to me that some of these rape videos were labeled "snuff film"; "Kevin's Snuff Film" for example, does that show an intent to kill using the virus that causes Hep C?  Certainly it can be argued that it shows a "knowingly and intelligently" made decision to infect someone, but does "blackmail" come into play if she further contacted the police about our HIV status or Hep C status that results in further discrimination, like a "spit hood" for transportation to jail?

I am just running through the possibilities here, nothing concrete on my end other than the "Perspectives" postcard photo can be seen as an example of photos taken during a sexual rape.
