On June 19, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the suit could go forward, and that the abuse could be considered sexual harassment even if both the victim and tormentors were male. “I just hope this saves some other children,” Jon’s grandmother, Charlotte Carmichael, told NBC News Saturday. “He was frustrated and [school officials] didn’t do anything to help him. That’s what they’re there for — they’re there to protect children.”
Jon Carmichael was bullied into committing suicide folks, his case makes it possible for his family to sue the people put in place to protect him. That's what the police department is there to do for the victims of Electronic Harassment in our area too. This kind of case makes the people hired to protect a person responsible for paying attention to the person that is bullying them. Like Laurie, Jon was teased and harassed with sexual slurs. I know that there have been suicides connected with this torture...Bret Simms boyfriend, Tim, also committed suicide after years of being tortured by "Lisa".
There are little boys that have been used in pornographic films connected with this case that have been intentionally infected as well as electronically harassed since those movies were made. The threats to their safety is bullying. The crime occurred while they were minors. The films were reported by myself and Anthony Dabiere to the Palm Springs Police Department to Lieutenant Reyes and he did nothing to protect these children. He was supposed to protect them just like the school district was supposed to protect Jon.
