The EHPCPS Is Looking For This Baby To Uncover Lisa's Victims and Bad Cops

This, PSPD officers and members of the EHPCPS, is a JM20 Pro RF Body Wire scanner...it is used by Electronic Harassment Victims to identify where these microchips are inserted into the body...you have seen these scans done, noninvasive,  by my friend Dr. John Hall and Jesse Beltran to show that individuals are giving off a Radio Frequency signal from their bodies.  This doesn't happen to a normal human being, only a person with a microchip inserted into their body will give off a signal. You know what's even cooler, Lisa can't shut off the chip inside of you...the signal is given off by the body's electricity making the device work.

This means that implanted individuals can now show police that they are being electronically harassed.  The PSPD should invest in one of these devices too, since there are a lot of victims that Lisa has implanted in their area.

I am now in a position to buy one of these scanners that are literally used to scan for body wires worn by police informants, but in this case are used to find body microchips illegally inserted under our skin.  This will, once and for all, end all discussion as to whom is implanted and whom is not.  Police should be very concerned at this point because we are all tired of living in fear of your involvement with this woman terrorist.
The cost is about $200 and I've already contacted Dr. Hall and Jesse to see where I can get one.  It is important for me to scan everyone I come into contact with to make sure that Laurie isn't trying something else.  I've been harassed the worst over the past three days by Christian, Brian and Laurie and all three appear to be getting worse.
