As an informant it is vital that I keep track of the details in this situation and I want to call to attention these text messages that I received from TWO phone numbers, both of which were Steven Frey's. When you read the text messages you can see that the texter is accusing me of stealing one or both of the phones, but as you will see, there is no way that could be possible given the number and message attached to the phone and date. Now keep in mind, there are two numbers here 1638 and 9573.
In this first series of messages from phone number 760-567-1638 on 5/7/08 I get a message from "Steve F" saying..."Peter is taking me on vacation". Now realize, up until now, Steven had always claimed to me not to know any Peter...now, after the informant work was done, "Peter is taking him on vacation"...look at the date and time.
Then, on the same day, at 11:38 pm, Steven writes me and accuses me of having his phone...from 567-9573. I can only assume it is the same "Peter is taking me on vacation" phone that he used earlier in the day...that phone was 567-1638. The entire time I was receiving these messages I was at my hotel room in 29 Palms and never even was near his possessions. I didn't have a car at that time either...So the text messenger is both accusing me of stealing something then is provoking the relationship between Peter DiMartino and Steven Frey. Now you all know that Lt. Reyes said that he had both men into interview years later. The content of those interviews is unknown, but you can bet that both men said that they don't know each other...so how, years earlier, could Peter be taking Steve F on a vacation???
Then we have this message. "This is Steven's sister" whom apparently now has Steven's cell phone, clothes, wallet and computer...they were probably some of the items stolen from his home when it was "ransacked" according to other text messages. His sister is apparently in contact with the police and is now accusing me of doing something to Steven. You see these messages are NOT from Steven Frey, they are all from someone pretending to be him, his sister and the antagonist between Steven and I with regards to Peter DiMartino.
I am justified in my suspicion of Steven, his sister and Peter DiMartino because of what you see here. Clearly whether there was a "relationship" between Steven and Peter or not, someone wanted me to believe that there was one. I reported both for rape at Steven's home, based on this kind of gamesmanship and the injuries that I suffered in that home. Whomever is sending these text messages is likely responsible for blaming both Peter and Steven for the rape. If neither men knew each other, whom wants us to believe they did and why?
Did Steven report the "ransacking" of his home? If he did were the items that his sister says she has part of that report? The other text messages from Steven's phones try to blame Christopher and myself for that burglary, but neither Christopher nor myself were anywhere near each other or that home and we were both informants at that time.
Whomever sent these messages is admitting to a whole lot more than what these say and they are not from Steven Frey or his real sister.
My advice for everyone is this. If Steven Frey's home was indeed "ransacked" on 5-12-08 like the text message I have says...I would submit this. Steven probably knows who did this and she was living around the corner from him. She would have had to leave the areas post haste. She likely moved out to this area and set up a mail box in his name as evidence will show there is one here in Joshua Tree at the post office. His stolen items, as his "sister" calls them are probably in the home where this woman lives here with her brother and her friends. She couldn't stay there any longer because Steven knew where she was living. She had to leave the area and since I was here, she followed me.
I had no knowledge of the break in at Steven Frey's home until I received this text message. Whomever sent the text did. If it wasn't from Steven then it is likely the person that broke into his home.
The day of the "break in" at Steven Freys home...according to text messages from Steven's phone tell us two things...one, that he was "in the hospital" the day of the break in and two, that "Peter (DiMartino) was telling me hi"...that seems like something that the police could check on. If Steven wasn't in the hospital on the night of the break in, then the person whom sent this text is probably the same person that broke into that home.
Here are the texts that show that the sender knew that the home was broken in to and that same person is antagonizing me with Peter whom I've already, at this point, named as one of the rapists. You would have done the same. I wonder if Kelly Fieux thinks that I was harassing Peter DiMartino NOW????
I want everyone to remember one thing. I have text messages sent to my email from several police officers. Lt. Reyes, Rhonda Long and Rae Fernandez. All using the same Verizon Droid phone. All came from the City of Palm Springs, California email system. Would you think it the same person sending these texts too if they didn't send those. It would seem entirely possible that a woman that pretends to be Steven's sister that had knowledge about how to "spoof" those messages would be able to "spoof" these too.
We are looking for a woman that pretends to be other people. Someone that lies. There is a restraining order with an absolute name on it that appears to be doing the same thing. It bears the name of the woman that Jonathan Mendenhall told me was "Lisa". It is also the name of the woman that says she had a four year relationship with Sgt. Anderson. If we are looking for a woman that is pretending to be other people...why aren't we looking in the direction of the person that Jonathan told me before his death???
Jonathan Mendenhall told me he knew this woman. This woman, in court documents says that she doesn't know a single friend of mine "post high school" yet he told me about her long before that restraining order. How could he have even known her name? Jonathan and I did not go to high school with her and as Sgt. Anderson will tell you, when her name is brought up, I don't say a single word. How could this be? It's impossible.
I will say this. I have never talked to Jonathan about high school or even where I grew up. He knows about where I went to college and where I worked in San Diego. The mention of this woman's name by Sgt. Anderson and Jonathan were the only times since high school that I ever really gave her any though except when "Lisa" started questioning me about my father and whom I knew in this woman's family. Remember, I grew up across the street from her family as a kid.
When you add in that the petitioner for the City of La Quinta' cousins both came into my work and came into my home to steal something that is related to this blog, you add that both her parents and sister did not know about this restraining order (at least they didn't act that way at the funeral), the picture from Sedona starring her with some of my friends that saw me just a few days earlier, Jonathan's admission, the threat from this woman to my own sister, the homophobic attitude of that restraining order...you get a compelling look at someone whom is very suspicious when it comes to this case. There are many other things too...I will add this too; the petitioner has always had an affinity for trying to hurt me and my family. She did this my first day of high school and emails show the nature of this kind of treatment...it is overwhelming to me that I have to defend myself against this kind of harassment.
