You want to know why there is no such thing as swan season?
Because swans are beautiful and because as "ugly ducklings" they spend their entire childhood being persecuted for being different than others...then they grow up.
Today's theme on the blog seeks to do something that I know is one of the hardest things to explain: Why would gay people, tag, release and track other gay people? Such is the dilemma in the case of electronic harassment in Palm Springs, California. Someone is hunting the swans...that's why we are in the most unique position of all to find out who it is and stop them.
Swans protect their own...they even carry them on board until they are big enough to carry their own swanlings....it's the way the species does things. When someone starts hunting rhinos for their horns we call them poachers. Why aren't we looking for whom is tagging our swanlings the same way?
