Perhaps I wasn't clear enough, but this project was about saving a person from Lisa and her brother, not about sitting idly by while Lisa destroyed Christopher Monti...which is what all of you did.
I picked a team of operators, gave them permission to monitor me, kept them up to date with the latest information, found the evidence of the crime, did the research and collected the data...there was only one small glitch...whom to use as the example. I picked Christopher Monti because of our past history with informant work and because I can do the most for him when I take the next step.
At first glance it appeared that this team of operators would actually do what no other operators in the country would do...they appeared meticulous, concerned and at some point they were also victims of this crime. The test was to see if the operators could and would do something extraordinary...which was to prevent the crime of entrapment by Lisa and her brother. Knowing that Christopher would be the obvious point of interest for this brother and sister sex obsessed team and armed with the information that he gave me about his rape at Brian's hand in San Diego, I chose Christopher to center this project around.
Would a team of operators stand up to a crooked police department and a domestic terrorist with strong enough evidence to convict the obvious criminals....remember folks this "special team" knows whom she is, where she is, what she thinks and what she says...so the only real trick is to get them to do something to stop her.
They failed. They watched as Lisa targeted Christopher's mom, Christopher, and me....and did nothing about it. They knew every word that Lisa said to Christopher...what she forced him to do and what the police were told when she said to do it. Would they intervene? The answer was "no". The bulk of the three years that attorneys were present were spent protecting the operators themselves. Not once did this team do anything to help the victims...not one thing.
I even warned them that to pass this test, they had to do something for Christopher or me. They didn't.
So now Christopher, an informant against Lisa and a victim of rape by Brian, is in jail for two years...I can safely say that there isn't an honest operator of this system, even when they have permission of the victim to monitor them...There just isn't.
When left to their own devices people never do the right thing in a complicated situation. This team let Brian and Lisa rob me, steal from my sister's home, break into my apartment in Cat City, and watched them commit the crime of stalking from here to Arizona with Lisa and Brian's attempt to harm me. In that situation two operators even went with me...but did they do anything right? No. They did not.
A complete failure all around. This is particularly alarming given the financial backing that this team had...and the unlimited resources that they had to stop Lisa.
All in all I would say that this project is a success for one reason...there is no good use for electronic surveillance, even in the hands of people that have good intentions....perhaps that's why the Road to Hell is paved with them.
Now it is time for me to do the job I came to do without them...I will have Lisa and Brian arrested and probably the rest of these operators too. They could have given themselves a fighting chance to save what is the most dear to all of them, their freedom, but I doubt that dawned on them until now.
When left to their own devices...good people do nothing.
