Lisa and Sgt. Anderson have been targeting Christopher Monti since the day we walked into the Palm Springs Police Department. When Christopher learned that Brian LaBitch, Lisa's brother, raped him in San Diego, both Sgt. Anderson and Lisa embarked on a campaign of witness intimidation and informant intimidation against myself and Christopher that landed Christopher in jail and me with a warrant.
