By all accounts, Cleatus, whom is really a character patterned after Christian Johnson, Tracy's little brother, used to be a decent guy. He was a total dick when I met him, but that's what people say....perhaps his father should watch this video and understand that part of being a parent is not letting your son become, "...that guy"....because he IS that guy now!!!
