For a scam artist that uses remote neural monitoring the one thing that you hope for the most is "The BIG Mark"...you need several things to happen though...you need access....you need a computer...you need someone on the inside....and you need someone that looks like the victim to do the dirty work.
For about 8 years Junior Johnson's obsession with Steven and Sheree Frey used their names and their credit to establish homes purchased in their names in order to complete the transactions, but banks don't lend money to people without capital...so where did Junior get his working capital....this is something that I have questioned over and over again until now...this is the theory.
Steven was a good target for the fraudulently obtained loans because of his experience with mortgage loans in his job with Realtor Scott Lyle...he knew the business so his reputation and training made him an ideal sucker for the Johnsons, BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO HAVE MONEY UP FRONT. Now the nickel and dime bags that Tracy Johnson was selling don't create that kind of capital...and Junior is such a drug addict that he didn't make the capital by being the white thug rapper drug dealer that he likes to pretend he is so how did he make the money...it's not as difficult as you would think.
Before there were the Katzenbergs, there was a young guy that is friendly with both Anthony and myself named Micah. I first met Micah online, as usual, at Adam4adam.com while he was staying at a gay resort in Cathedral City. Micah is a trust fund kid from the east coast that was very likable...Anthony knows where his family's money came from...but it escapes me now...he lived in a great Condo complex on the South End of Palm Springs...and yes, he had a huge methamphetamine problem at the time....but he was a really nice kid and I liked him a lot.
When I first met Micah, he was staying at CCBC in a room by himself, but he told me a story about others staying in that resort that he had HUGE concerns about. He told me that they were stealing money from him and he couldn't figure out how they were doing it. We're talking A LOT of money and Micah's parent's were very upset with him. This normally would have been written off as ramblings of a drug user with me, but for one really exceptional detail: Mikey and Jessica! He told me that these infamous two were the people that were stealing everything from him AND that they both were staying at the gay resort at that same time! (A woman staying at a gay resort is rare...almost never....and the names popped out like a sore thumb)
Mikey and Jessica had already broken in to Steven Frey's home on the north end of town and taken his drug supply and money while he was sleeping AND now they were part of this kid's life. He was obviously a victim of electronic harassment and I KNEW to stay way away from this infamous pair of thieves.
Michah eventually moved away but my team is able to contact him and HAS! So we know this witness will be available in the future.
Now here's a little secret Junior doesn't want you all to know....Mortgage fraud and remote neural monitoring have a reputation in Texas and all over the country. This requires several things...mostly realtors that know about the technology that will write up the loans without question...I know of several in the area that know about this technology but were unwilling to do this for Junior....one is his friend Jeff from Texas and the other is Scott....both don't like Junior and will work with me in the future if asked.
The homes purchased in Steven and Sheree's names were done so with capital from the Micah years....but with Micah's departure Junior was left with a huge problem...where would the working capital come from?
Enter Ken Frank. Benjamin Katzenberg was a friend of Martin, a kid with whom I will always consider a close friend...this is Benjamin's best friend. When the Katzenbergs moved in to their new home in Palm Desert they needed a computer person to set up their network at their new home....Martin whom knew Ken Frank from the remote neural monitoring circles and whom used to buy drugs from Tracy aka "Jessica"...introduced Ken Frank to Benjamin...and viola Junior had netted the BIG FISH again. By putting Ken Frank in the home of Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg, Junior once again had access to the most important thing of all...big money accounts.
Since Ken was working in the home he had access not only to the movie files which I have already shown you I have copies of, he also had access to the email account of Jeff and Marilyn Katzenberg....with that Ken could provide Junior with Jeff and Marilyn's email accounts....which, in turn, could give Junior and Ken access to their banking information...all they needed was a password...but how do they get that?
Benajmin, the family's computer whiz kid, know's both his mom and dad's password, but at that poing he wasn't implanted...when Ken left that home he stole an Academy Award, movies, DVD sets and other items that I either saw at Steven Freys or actually have in my possession...Martin, my friend, was given my permission to monitor me to keep me safe...and Martin DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! He knew what I was watching and knew that the movies I was seeing were the stolen property of Jeff and Marilyn Katzenberg and alerted Benjamin....Benjamin felt terrible for the theft of items from their home and vowed to get them back...I promised to help him...so Benjamin bought a home near my home in 29 Palms to keep an eye on me AND keep an eye on the thieves that stole them whom also bought a home out here in Steven Frey's name...I have proven that Steven does in name, now own a home in this area....
The home that Benjamin owns is very close to the home that was fraudulently purchased in Steven Frey's name....okay here this gets interesting...the Steven Frey home served several purposes...first, it was close to me, and we all know that Junior has been stalking me for years and has already broken in to my sisters home and my own trailer when I lived at my parents...he even gave Jonathan Mendenhall the only key to my new car which Junior stole one night when I went to dinner with my parents....I know he stole it because it was the only key! My car was parked outside my trailer and it couldn't have been there if the key wasn't stolen that night right inside my trailer door....subsequent break ins in Cat City to my car prove that the key was being used there...as well as break ins to my apartment when I had an apartment there...
Second, Steven's house out here in J.T. was being used to manufacture GHB. It is out of the way and was used as a stash house for a lot of methamphetamine that Steven purchased from his supplier prior to his arrest for Tracy Johnson. Keeping the drugs in the Palm Springs area wouldn't be safe...so they moved them out of the county but close enough to Palm Springs so that they could be shuttled back and forth...Jonathan had the car to do this and did so several times from what I have heard...
Third...this house of Steven's was close to Benjamin Katzenberg...and this is IMPORTANT! Martin whom also lived in Benjamin's home...was also a former friend of Jonathan Mendenhall...which gave Jonathan access to Martin's keys...Martin had his keys taken and Johnathan had copies made....copies to Benjamin's home. Junior has tons of keys like this and this is how he gains access to a victims home and rapes them then subsequently implants them for monitoring...he goes into the home....uses a syringe to fill up a water bottle in the fridge with GHB...drugs and sexually assaults them...then implants them with RFID chips for monitoring...and this is what he did to Benjamin with Jonathan's help. Not the first time these two have done this according to Christopher, whom also was a victim of this scheme in San Diego.
Monitoring Benjamin Katzenberg was the koo Junior needed...NOW he had the password to Jeff and Marilyn's email accounts and Junior also learned about Benjamin's accounts as well....this is my theory...Junior went in to Jeff and Marilyn's accounts via their emails, gained access to their banking information, transferred money from their accounts in to Benjamin's account...then, using the stolen ID card that Junior took when he sexually assaulted Benjamin, he used Jonathan to enter Benjamin's bank and pretend to be Benjamin...and withdraw the money from the account and nobody was the wiser. $15,000 at a time....CASH....twice, I think...and this is where Junior got the capital to pretend to be some big shot porn producer when Anthony and I went to Sedona, Arizona....
Basically Ken, Jonathan and Junior conspired to commit a rape, bank fraud, theft and multiple other crimes to get to the Katzenberg money....all three are reputed to have gone to Sedona with this money and GHB precursors to manufacture the drug...which they stored at a public storage unit in Jonathan's name in Cat City, that still remains there.
Jonathan, feared he would be caught because Martin monitors me, with my permission, he had a warrant, he owed a large civil debt, and the other operators of this system LOVE Benjamin so playing dead was his only option....and of course, where would Jonathan live but with Joe Johnson and Tracy Johnson whom also went to Sedona and co conspired to manufacture the GHB drug and kid nap two little boys that were sexually assaulted by Junior Johnson while they were there.
Now this is all theory, but it makes perfect sense to a lot of people. Both Junior and Jonathan were "first and second" in command in Sedona and I contend that it was their intention to conspire to stalk and sexually assault myself and/or Anthony Dabiere there. In retrospect, we are both lucky we weren't killed or something while we hiked on the private trails that were isolated...Junior did have a gun it is rumored.
Junior flashed a lot of cash in Sedona and I believe that the contents of that storage unit would bear a lot of proof of this crime and many others...I also think that there is a safe deposit box at a bank in Palm Springs or Yucca Valley with the remaining cash and other stolen valuables that could easily be the subject of search warrants. With this kind of cash a search warrant for virtually anything could be obtained...bank records, homes, computers and so forth.
Now no matter what the PSPD believes...that storage unit is likely paid for with this stolen money....Jonathan's parents know he is not dead and it IS ILLEGAL to maintain a storage unit in a dead person's name....if they have received a call from either of his parents or his sister maintaining the credibility of that unit it is BULLSHIT...it's just Junior or one of his friends trying to find a way to keep the loot there until they can move it....if I were the PSPD I would contact the Public Storage and have a camera on that unit at ALL TIMES and see if they have any film of it being filled up...this is a gold mine for the PSPD.
Now to continue this scam the Johnsons need a miracle...Jeffrey and Marilyn already know all about this scheme...so their cash cow is out of the pasture....I have told all of you...so YOU know this is what's being done...Junior has nothing but drugs and a whole lot of mortgage fraud that I have already shown you that Steven's name is on...he has no place to live other than in J.T. for now...his scam artist and co conspirator friends, Jonathan and Ken are already convicts...one is "dead"...the storage locker key is missing in action....(my investigators might already have one of them)...my investigators might also have a lot of other stolen items proving Junior's crime wave and kiddie porn fascination....
The lesson, folks, to be learned here is this...stick to it...if you think you know something is amiss don't give up...use your memory to think back to strange events that didn't add up and then think, Means, Motive and Opportunity...Junior has all three and so do the other two....Now is this a reason that Jonathan Mendenhall would play "dead"...it's a whole lot better than facing a probation sentence and a warrant...that was a slap on the wrist...but possible kid napping, drug manufacturing, bank fraud, co conspiring a sexual assault, and other things is a whole lot more reasonable than some piddly little PC 1000 class and 3 years of probation.
I would suggest this too...Ken Frank has already been in prison...I also know...and Steven Frey will tell you, that Ken once left his long time boyfriend Rafe, for a wealthy older man for a period of time...I would suggest that this was before his last jail stint so that he and Junior could run this scam on that man as well.
Think about it Steven...Ken set you up...he appeared, helped get rid of me, kept Junior close to you remotely, and then bailed...do you really trust him? He's a convicted con man...you were the mark...and they'd do anything to throw you in jail again with this house full of drugs in Joshua Tree with your name on it...not cool Junior...oops I did it again...I spoiled all Junior Johnson's plans!
