One thing that is very clear in my investigation is exactly how screwed the victims are of electronic harassment when it comes to seeking justice in Palm Springs.
If a crime is committed against you, you can't report it to the police. If you do report it to the police nothing ever happens then you become the target of their harassment with multiple arrests. Once you have been arrested you go to the Larson Justice Center to two Commissioners that issue restraining orders without hearings to protect the alleged criminals, they sentence you at arraignments without prosecutors being present, they impose illegal sentences and they force you to plead guilty to unsubstantiated charges...not to mention that they automatically assume that you are a drug defendant whether you are charged with burglary or assault without any shred of evidence of drug use....the only way that they will dismiss a charge is if you admit it...even if it isn't true. My career as a Courtroom Deputy Clerk for a federal judge was long....my judge ALWAYS said, "I will not take the guilty plea of an innocent man"...but these judges do all the time.
When Jonathan Mendenhall ran for City Council under the Green Party this was all part of the furtherance of the conspiracy against the gay community and the City of Palm Springs. He was already deeply involved with Stephen Johnson Jr and Tracy Johnson's family and remote neural monitoring that he calls, "Reading People's Minds". The advantage that this gives a candidate, if elected, is tremendous and it puts him, like the police and the Commissioners before him, in the back pocket of a family of drug dealers with their own evil Communist agenda. This agenda includes the singularization of the drug trade in Palm Springs, mortgage fraud, and the elimination of the gay resorts in Palm Springs that this family does not agree with.
Palm Springs has already lost the White Party, in most part, to Rancho Mirage and the income that it brought to the city. If this continues, I will be speaking with the LPGA and their representatives about moving the Dinah Shore Ladies Golf Tournament to Los Angeles or San Diego; two cities that have better representation and protection for the gay community. As, Sgt. Anderson will tell you, my father has very strong connections with the PGA and LPGA and knows about this crime so the liklihood of this occurring is strong should this harassment continue.
The Johnson Agenda is sexual cleansing...it is organized crime and it runs very deep. Remember, I am a gay man; the swastika flag above is posted with my utmost disdain and hatred for Communism and the sexual and religious cleansing of anyplace, but I put it on here to protest the destruction of the gay community with illegal electronic surveillance and gestapo police tactics secured with horrible judicial practices....I am offended and so should you be.
