I again, spoke at my local Metro Council Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky regarding illegal use of DEW weapons and I also gave them patent numbers and info. regarding the meeting in Washington. The Metro Council Meeting is televised in Louisville and the surrounding areas. This took place on April 14, 2011. I spoke a second time on July 14, 201l about police corruption and began my speech with the meetings in Washington and New York. Below is the info. to view these videos.

P.S. - Also for the past two weeks we have been protesting in front of the Louisville Metro Police Dept. and I have been giving out info. regarding corruption in the Louisville Metro Police Dept. I have also talked to people about the illegal use of Directed Energy Weapons, being viewed through TV's and Monitors and manipulated by the electromagnetic field, Satellite Brain Mapping, etc. This coming Monday, due the interest in No Touch Torture by the public, I will be shifting the protest to include public awareness info related to DEW, since the police are also a part of the Counter Intelligence Organizations organized after 911.
