I am writing you to let you know of Johnathan Mendenhall's activity just prior to his death and possible reasons why he might be in hiding. Through my research I uncovered two witnesses in San Diego that I had the opportunity to interview and the information that I found was quite interesting. It would seem that Johnathan, acting like an informant for the Palm Springs Police Department, had occasion to try and film an alleged drug deal between these two witnesses and William "Billy" Whitenack. The owners of the home saw Johnathan turn the video camera on the three individuals without their consent then was asked to leave the room. Johnathan, as usual, threw a huge fit and stomped out of the residence....
These two individuals turned off the video camera and confiscated Johnathan's hard drive which I have access to in the future and have seen. On this hard drive was information about many individuals and possible links to electronic harassment sites.
Additionally, as is customary to Tracy Johnson's electronic harassment organization Johnathan, in a rage called and filed false information to drug enforcement agencies which raided the home the next day. The raid showed up absolutely nothing. Nobody was arrested and the policing agencies were left with egg all over their faces. It has however that once again, the electronically harassed man, William "Billy Whitenack was subsequently arrested by the Palm Springs Police Department because of illegal tip information gained as illegal fruit of the poisoned vine. I am absolutely certain that Tracy Johnson provided the PSPD with illegally gained information on William Whitenack and I will be in contact with him and his lawyer in the future so that they can join others in our concern for this illegal activity. It is unclear at this time if Tracy Johnson provided this individual with GHB or methamphetamine used to bust him, however, Mr. Whitenack was extremely aware of Johnathan's participation in this failed bust in San Diego. Johnathan died soon thereafter. It is my belief that Johnathan, as is usually the case, was, once again, trying to remove Tracy's competition in the area so that she could be the only drug dealer in Palm Springs. Johnathan Mendenhall is clearly involved with Tracy Johnson in this organized drug trafficking crime with ties to manufacturing in Sedona, Arizona.
Johnathan's death is certainly convenient in this matter. He is not well liked in the community and has been using electronic surveillance to gain illegal tip information which thus far has allowed him to elude police contact by the PSPD. I would suggest that this man be searched for and arrested immediately before he causes more illegal busts and entrapment problems for the PSPD.
Additionally, Anthony Dabiere, possibly has information that would lead to the arrest of this convicted fugitive from justice. His family obviously has information with regards to his alleged death and escape from the State of California. Johnathan should be considered armed and dangerous.
