Dear Everyone,
Mr. Jeffrey Katzenberg, myself, and our lawyers are looking into the possibility of filing restraining orders against Commissioners Best and Cribbs on behalf of the victims of electronic harassment to bar them from hearing any type of case against any of the victims especially Anthony Dabiere, Christopher Monti and myself as witnesses to a crime against us. It has been abundantly clear that there have been prejudiced sentences imposed against all three of us and others that need judicial review by someone other than these two commissioners whom have imposed sentences including PC 1000 drug diversions for non drug related crimes, unusual sentences for minor roles in drug crimes and other wrong doing because of their involvement with the perpetrators of electronic harassment.
Filing restraining orders will require a judicial review of the prejudiced decisions and a review of these cases and others by non prejudiced officials that will look deeper into this crime. The response to both of my online blogs has been exceptional these last few months and the parents of these victims are worried that electronic harassment may be used to intimidate them as witnesses to this crime using officials that are working beyond the "color of the law".
This is something that both Mr. Katzenberg and I feel very strongly about and we are looking into the possibility of having this done at either the Larson Justice Center or the federal court in Riverside.
As you may or may not know, I am no longer on any type of probation and am in the process of having my record completely expunged which would lead only to a string of unsubstantiated arrests due to electronic harassment and surveillance. This has come at a huge financial cost to me and I won't allow this situation to continue without legal support from our attorneys. These same attorneys will likely be looking into this situation for both witnesses; Anthony Dabiere and Christopher Monti.
