Mr. Talarico and Mrs. Hinojosa, Congratulations!!! Boy, Do I Have A Story To Tell You Both About San Antonio's Association With This Crime.

 

I wanted to show you the two books that I believe are the catalysts for keeping my investigation and project going!  Dr. John Hall and I met at a symposium in Northern California at Sonoma State University.  It was at this symposium, that I attended as a police informant for the PSPD, that I met some of the nation's most outspoken whistleblowers on the crime of remote neural monitoring.  I met Ted Gunderson, former head of the FBI in Los Angeles.  Ted had many good attributes but as a true crime investigator is was in charge of the Jeffrey McDonald case from the 1970's. That case is a true crime fan favorite and Ted was involved in the case that got Jeffrey McDonald convicted.   Ted actually sought me out to speak with and then I was asked to contribute to the symposium at the lecturn.  I did and you have seen the results.

These billboards came out of my presentation based on the extraordinary population of victims in our area all stemming from the LGBTQii+ community.  It was clear to me and to the symposium attendees that we could benefit the victims by putting up billboards in communities where this technology is running rampant; like Palm Springs, California, former home of Lori Jean Marie LaFond.

You see when I presented our investigation to these people, Dr. John Hall, the author of the two books on this crime, featured above,  knew that I had the correct pool of victims for this crime to be approached differently.  Public awareness sends a message to the police that we won't tolerate implanted police officers from the military or from civilian training.  Lots of candidates for hire came to Palm Springs from Riverside, California; I am told that one of the officers that Lori frequently used was Officer Rae Fernandez/Dallas, and allegedly she has something to do with more military implanted individuals applying at the Palm Springs Police Department.  This would ensure that Lori has a new crop of rookies to play with when they are temporarily hired on.  Lori has made use of the Police Academy to shop for candidates that are military implanted so that she can use them to hurt the gay community.

Dr. John Hall works in anesthesiology and has been an outspoken advocate for the victims of remote neural monitorig; the symposium was created by him for people like me to bring ideas to light that may be different than regular science.  I can do it with the immense number of victims in our pool; not to mention with Lori's own family that knows she is using this technology as a weapon against her perceived enemies which includes anyone she's implanted, their relatives, and friends.  Lori is a classic malignant narcissist that thinks I can't communicate with others without her permission.  What a joke!  I wouldn't listen to an unsuccessful drug dealer, fugitive for any reason and you shouldn't either.  If she is talking to you, she is manipulating you.

To finish my point, putting up billboards creates a unification between victims that don't know each other.  There is strength and power in numbers; as we have all just seen.  Billboards keep the police from interfereing with civilians without the civilians having any way to explain their circumstance.  I just has to tell all of you who she is...since she is so proud of announcing to everyone that I knew her in high school, I should tell you that I did, it is Lori Jean Marie LaFond who is torturing you, and she won't stop until she is incarcerated.  I know her, she is not hard headed, she is no brained.  That is a hard one to solve.

My project is featured in Dr. Hall's book, "Guinea Pigs".  He will tell you also that I've appeared for him on a radio show and I've done even more than that.  Dr. Hall is a friend of mine and I am his "right hand man in California".  Those were his words, not mine.  I think of that as an honor.  You see, there are a lot of victims out there that can't really verbalize what this torture is like without sounding "crazy" to others.  I present a much different approach.  My project can simply do this with statistics!   We know the victims and have a full listing database of all the people that Lori has implanted.  There are likely more than we know, but we've put together the names from Lori's, "Book of Slaves", where she writes down the dumbest details of a person's personal life.  Like sexual partners, family member's names, birthdates, social security numbers, maiden names, and who she castrated and who she didn't.  Yes folks, she castrated men by injecting staph into the testicles of men that were knocked out.  Ask Jonathan Mendenhall or Steven Frey if that is possible and they will tell you, "Yes!"

I would also like to invite newly elected Texas State Governor-elect, Gina Hinojosa and Texas State Senator-elect, James Talarico, to talk to Dr. John Hall.  He will tell you about me from our meeting.  He can also tell the pair about my project and why my approach is different than all the others out there.  Quite simply put, I know the history of this technology as it relates to the LaFond Family and I also know Lori's past with it!  San Antonio, Texas is a HOT SPOT for gang stalking, rapes related to remote neural monitoring, and Dr. Hall happens to live in that area.  I'm sure that Lori has tried to contact him, on behalf of Jeffrey Katzenberg, but he knows I'm a straight shooter.  I have a problem in my community in California and I want it solved.  San Antonio relied on Lori LaFond to hook up civilians on this system for money.  Now both the Governor and Senator-elect have a real opportunity to stop mortage fraud caused by this illegal system.  They can stop the sycophant nature of stealing from military families.  They can stop the illegal implantation of innocent Americans who are proxy stalked by the real heads of their individual organizations by using Lori LaFond as the basis for the information from her computers.  Lori is NOT TO BE TRUSTED in any situation.
