As brain-computer interfaces make their public debut, it is important to know that the illegal test subjects from Palm Springs, California, have a whole lot to say about how unsafe this kind of unauthorized neural stalking can be. Guinea pigged for nearly 40 plus years, the LGBTQii+ community was part of a fugitive private citizen's desire to control the lives/sex lives of gay men and women. It did not go well!!!
There are two types of unauthorized neural stalking: inbound and outbound, much like running a computer line through your brain, without a firewall that allows some stimuli and blocks others.

OUTBOUND STALKING INCLUDES:
These are utilized when a microchip BCI is equipped to both receive and transmit signals; this is called a bidirectional BCI. It is something that many of the victims know is happening to them when they hear voices in their heads responding to thoughts that originate there.
In short, here are some of the potential stalking capabilities that are presented when a victim is illegally implanted with bidirectional BCIs. The list should also include microwave burning of the skin and internal organs, which doesn't get nearly enough attention. The health risks are also not studied in a lab situation. The Palm Springs victims can help with this kind of test grouping if the individuals wish. It could prove to help others afflicted by neural stalkers.
